Description
図1は、実施例1の排気還流装置が適用されるエンジンシステムの構成を示す図である。図1に示すように、本実施例のシステムは、内燃機関10を備えている。内燃機関10は、車両等の移動体に搭載される直列3気筒ディーゼルエンジンとして構成されている。但し、内燃機関10の種別、気筒数および気筒配列はこれに限定されない。内燃機関10の各気筒には、吸気通路12および排気通路14が連通している。

比例項:QfbP n =ベース比例ゲイン×dT n ・・・(3)

Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の排気通路と吸気通路とを接続するEGR通路と、
前記EGR通路に配置されたEGR冷却システムと、
前記EGR冷却システムを制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記内燃機関の筒内に吸入される吸気の温度を目標温度に近づけるように前記EGR冷却システムの冷却効率をフィードバック制御するように構成され、
前記制御装置は、還流するEGR量が少ないほど前記冷却効率の変化量を大きくするように構成されていることを特徴とする内燃機関の排気還流装置。 - 前記制御装置は、還流するEGR量が少ないほど前記フィードバック制御の制御ゲインを大きな値とするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置。
- 前記EGR冷却システムは、EGRクーラと、前記EGRクーラをバイパスするバイパス通路と、前記EGRクーラへ流れるガス量と前記バイパス通路へ流れるガス量の流量比を調整する流量比調整弁と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
前記筒内に吸入される吸気の温度を前記目標温度に近づけるように前記流量比調整弁の開度をフィードバック制御するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置。 - 前記制御装置は、EGR率が低いほど前記冷却効率の変化量を大きくするように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の排気還流装置。
