Description
i)移動床リアクタにおけるカルシウム含有粒子の存在下でのリン含有材料の熱化学反応、
ii)移動床リアクタからのリンが豊富にある摩耗物(wear)または微粒子の分離、および任意に
iii)植物が利用可能な(phytoavailable)リンが豊富にある有用または再利用可能な材料を得るための、工程ii)から得られたリンが豊富にある摩耗物または微粒子と、酸との反応
を含む、方法に関する。
− 1つの固定/非流動床材料放出および流動床材料を固定流動床に再利用する1つの循環/流動床材料放出流動床、
− 例えば、流動床材料を2つの固定流動床のうちの1つに再利用する第3の循環/流動床材料放出流動床を介して、例えば、連結することができる、2つの固定/非流動床材料放出流動床、ならびに
− 流動床材料をそれぞれの他の循環流動床に再利用する2つの循環/流動床材料放出流動床
を少なくとも含む。

処理される燃料は、ここでの例において、リアクタ2’としての流動床ガス化装置内に抽出物注入口システム1’を介して導入され、オートサーマル条件下で変換される。この変換は1つ以上の連結されたリアクタにおいて実施され得、600℃超の温度にて行われる。
− 流動床プロセスにおいて、カルシウム含有流動床材料においておよび/もしくはカルシウム含有流動床材料微粒子において、
− ならびに/または流動床放出口において、好ましくは流動床放出口において
実施される。
(1)Ca3(PO4)2+2H+ ⇔ 2Ca(HPO4)+Ca2+
(2)Ca(HPO4)+2H+ ⇔ H3PO4+Ca2+
(3)Ca3(PO4)2+3H2O+CO2 ⇔ 2Ca(HPO4)・2H2O+CaCO3
(4)Ca3(PO4)2+3H2O+2CO2 ⇔ Ca(H2PO4)2・H2O+2CaCO3
Claims (13)
- リンを回収する方法であって、以下の工程:
i)移動床リアクタにおけるカルシウム含有粒子の存在下でのリン含有材料の熱化学反応、
ii)前記移動床リアクタからのリンが豊富にある微粒子の分離
iii)植物が利用可能な、リンが豊富にある有用または再利用可能な材料を得るための、工程ii)から得られたリンが豊富にある微粒子と、酸との反応
を含む、方法。 - 前記リンが豊富にある微粒子の分離は、前記移動床リアクタの内側または外側に配置され得る1つ以上の分離装置において、前記移動床リアクタの放出口から実施し、かつ、前記分離装置の動作温度が400℃を超える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱化学反応が、最大で1100℃の温度にて実施される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記熱化学反応が流動床リアクタにおいて実施される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記カルシウム含有粒子が0.3〜3mmの範囲の平均粒径を有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記リン含有材料が燃料である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記燃料が、代替燃料、バイオマス、下水スラッジ、家庭ごみ、産業廃棄物、発酵残渣、食肉処理場からの廃棄物またはそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記カルシウム含有粒子が、CaOおよび/またはCaCO3を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- リンが豊富にある前記微粒子の分離が、前記リアクタの放出口から実施される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸が、二酸化炭素、リン酸、硫酸、硝酸またはそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記酸との反応が、リン酸塩を形成するものである、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記微粒子のリン含有量が、1重量%〜10重量%である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 肥料または肥料添加物としての請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる有用な材料の使用。
