前記伝動機構は、ウェイトを含む歯車を有し、前記歯車は、前記小ギアと噛合し、前記歯車上には、軸棒が設けられ、前記軸棒の2つの末端は、軸径がそれぞれ異なる円柱体をなしていて、前記2つの末端間には、階段状の環状ショルダが形成され、
前記軸受の前記内輪中に位置する前記軸棒の頂面が打撃工具により打撃され、前記軸棒の一端の頂面が押圧されると軸径が増大してフレア端縁部が形成され、前記軸棒の前記フレア端縁部及び前記環状ショルダにより前記軸受を密着するように挟持するため、強固に位置決めすることを特徴とする位置決め方法を提供するものである。

Claims (4)
- ベース、シリンダー及び伝動機構を有する車載用空気圧縮機の軸受の位置決め方法であって、
前記ベースは、互いに離隔されるように配置された第1の位置決め孔及び第2の位置決め孔を有し、前記第1の位置決め孔からは、動力モータの芯端に設けられた小ギアが延び、前記第2の位置決め孔内には、軸受が配設され、前記軸受は、外輪と、内輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に位置する複数の球とにより構成され、
前記シリンダーは、前記ベース上に一体に結合されるか接続技術により結合されるとともに、空気貯留ユニットと、気体を送り出すために用いるマニホールドと、が連通し、
前記伝動機構は、ウェイトを含む歯車を有し、前記歯車は、前記小ギアと噛合し、前記歯車上には、軸棒が設けられ、前記軸棒の2つの末端は、軸径がそれぞれ異なる円柱体をなしていて、前記2つの末端間には、階段状の環状ショルダが形成され、

前記打撃するステップは、前記歯車を前記小ギアと噛合させて前記動力モータを前記伝動機構に組み付けるよりも前に、行われることを特徴とする位置決め方法。 - 前記軸棒の前記2つの末端は、軸径がそれぞれ異なり、
前記軸棒の軸径が大きい方の一端には、下向きに凹んだ切欠きが形成され、
前記切欠きを有する前記軸棒の一端は、前記歯車上に載置され、前記軸棒の軸径が小さい方の他端には、円形状の頂面が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の位置決め方法。 - 軸径が小さい方の前記軸棒の一端が前記第2の位置決め孔の前記軸受の前記内輪に挿設され、前記軸受の外表面から延び、前記軸棒の前記環状ショルダが前記軸受上に当接されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の位置決め方法。
- 前記打撃工具は、プレスヘッドを有し、
前記プレスヘッドの頂面には、中心凹部が形成され、
前記中心凹部の外縁には、環状突起が取り囲むように設けられ、
前記環状突起の外周には、複数のバンプが放射線状に間隔をおいて配置され、前記打撃工具の前記プレスヘッドにより前記軸棒の頂面が打撃されて圧着痕が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の位置決め方法。
