Abstract

本發明係提供一種小型空氣壓縮機之軸承的定位方法及其定位構 造,該軸承的定位方法係利用一沖壓製具加壓於位在軸承之內輪中並伸出於軸承外表面的軸桿頂端,讓軸桿頂端受到推擠而彎折出一外擴唇,使得軸承可藉由軸桿之外擴唇及環垣的緊密夾持而能牢固地定位,當小型空氣壓縮機進行運作時,因傳動機構之齒輪的軸桿直接緊密夾持住軸承,使傳動機構在運作的期間不會產生出軸桿與軸承的定位形成鬆動,但在有鬆脫的情況將導致傳動機構軸桿與第二定位孔軸承的內輪相互摩擦而受損,導致破損,讓其使用壽命降低。

Description

小型空氣壓縮機之軸承的定位方法及其定位構造
本發明係為一種小型空氣壓縮機之軸承的定位方法及其定位構造,尤其是指一種利用一沖壓製具衝壓於位在軸承之內輪中並伸出於軸承外表面的軸桿頂端,讓軸桿頂端受到推擠而彎折出一外擴唇,使得軸承可藉由軸桿之外擴唇及環垣的緊密夾持而能牢固地定位。
參閱第十圖及第十一圖,顯示一習用的車載用空氣壓縮機1,該空氣壓縮機1包含一基座11、結合在該基座上的一汽缸12、組裝在該基座上的一馬達13及可受該馬達13帶動而在該汽缸12內作往復運動的一活塞體14。透過馬達13帶動活塞體14在汽缸12內作往復運動以完成氣體的吸入、壓縮及加壓氣體的排出。
一般而論,習用車載用空氣壓縮機1的馬達13係藉由一齒輪機構15及一曲柄機構的傳動來驅使活塞體14作往復運動。該齒輪機構15包含裝設在馬達13心軸131上的第一齒輪(原動齒輪)151及與第一齒輪151相嚙合的第二齒輪(從動齒輪)152,而曲柄機構包含一重力塊161、一軸桿162及一連桿164,軸桿162的一端穿過第二齒輪152並安裝在基座11上所設之一軸孔110內,於軸孔110內通常設有一軸承111或金屬套筒112(可同時參考第八及九圖),軸承111為全圓形之形狀構造,曲柄機構之軸桿162藉由一螺釘17鎖固於軸承111,如第九及十圖所示,又或者藉由一固 定扣18緊扣住設置在軸孔110內之金屬套筒112中的曲柄機構之軸桿162,如第八圖所示,且連桿164之一端係樞設於活塞體14之活塞桿141的一末端142上的圓孔143,由於連桿164相對於軸桿162係為偏心,當第二齒輪152受第一齒輪151帶動時,活塞體14就會在汽缸12內作往復運動。
然而,習用車載用空氣壓縮機1之活塞體14在汽缸12內作往復運動的過程中,常常會有變形運動的產生,以致影響空氣壓縮機的效率及降低該空氣壓縮機的使用壽命。經發明人深入研究之後,發現原因之一來自於習用塑膠材質之基座11會因高溫而產生稍為軟化的現象,因此在活塞體14高頻率往復運動時,活塞體14之活塞桿141與軸承111相互牽扯的情況下,前述藉由一螺釘17將軸桿162與軸承111相鎖固的狀況下,實際上時常發生螺釘17的陽螺紋171與軸桿162的陰螺紋163因螺牙的結合深度不夠或是鎖固螺釘17的扭力不夠,導致軸桿162在軸承111的內輪之內徑向面產生鬆動,更甚至造成空轉,而藉由固定扣18扣住金屬套筒112中的曲柄機構之軸桿162的環槽165,亦會在長期的使用下,固定扣18亦會產生脫落或鬆動,無論用螺釘17或固定扣18將軸桿162與軸承111或金屬套筒112相結合,在活塞體14高頻率往復運動下都會造成軸孔110與軸承111略為偏移變形,更導致軸孔110周邊的壁面被齒輪機構15之第二齒輪152的側面壁增加相互摩擦的現象,導致活塞體14隨之偏移,活塞頭144無法在汽缸12保持垂向運動,稍有偏角,使得當活塞體14在進行往復運動時,提供軸桿162安裝的軸孔110之內壁會因受力不平均而在某一點先形成磨損,又當軸孔110磨損之後,該軸桿162的旋轉(如第十一圖之標號A所示)便形成非定點圓心之運動,一旦產生此種現象,該連桿164的旋轉(如第十一圖之標號C所示)亦隨著形成非圓形之運動,進而使得活塞體14之活塞頭144在汽缸12內進行往復運動時 便會產生變形運動(如第十二圖之虛線所示),導致活塞體14的活塞頭144及軸孔110內的軸承111容易破壞,壽命降低。
本發明之主要目的係提供一種小型空氣壓縮機之軸承的定位方法及其定位構造,該軸承的定位方法係利用一沖壓製具衝壓於位在軸承之內輪中的軸桿頂端,讓軸桿頂端受到推擠而彎折出一外擴唇,使得軸承可藉由軸桿之外擴唇及環垣的緊密夾持而能牢固地定位。

為使更詳細了解本發明之結構,請參閱第一及二圖所示,本發明係提供一種小型空氣壓縮機2之軸承6的定位方法及其定位構造,該小型空氣壓縮機2係包括有一基座3、結合在該基座3上的一汽缸4、組裝在該基座3上的傳動機構。
基座3具有分隔開的第一定位孔31及第二定位孔32,於第一定位孔31穿伸有一設在動力馬達芯端的小齒輪(習知技術圖中未顯示),於第二定位孔32內裝設一軸承6,該軸承6係由一外輪61、一內輪62及位於內輪62及外輪61之間的複數個滾珠63所組成。
汽缸4係可一體地或是利用連接技術來結合在該基座3上,於汽缸4上連通有一儲氣座41及輸出氣體用的歧管411、412,歧管411、412可連接一傳輸軟管、一安全閥或一壓力錶。
傳動機構係包含有一具有重量塊之齒輪51,該齒輪51係可與前述小齒輪相嚙合(習知技術圖中未顯示),該齒輪51上係設有一軸桿52及一連桿53,該軸桿52之二末端係為不同口徑之圓柱體,於二者之間乃形成一階梯狀之環垣521,該軸桿52之較大口徑的一端係具有一向下凹陷之缺口522,該具有缺口522之軸桿52末端係設置於前述齒輪51上,而軸桿52之較小口徑的另一端係具有一圓型頂端面523,於軸桿52之頂端面523中央處係設有一凹槽524。
請參閱第二、三、五及六圖所示,本發明之軸承6的定位方法係利用該較小口徑的軸桿52一端係穿設於第二定位孔32之軸承6的內輪62並伸出於軸承6的外表面,使軸桿52之環垣521係可抵觸於軸承6上,再利用一沖壓製具7衝壓於位在軸承6之內輪62中的軸桿52頂端,讓軸桿52頂端受到推擠而彎折出一外擴唇525,使得軸承6可藉由軸桿52之外擴唇525及環垣521的緊密夾持而能牢固地定位。
請參閱第四圖所示,該沖壓製具7係具有一頂壓頭71,該頂壓頭71之頂平面72係往中央處漸縮口徑設有一中心凹槽73,即中心凹槽73與頂平面72之間形成有一斜錐壁74,而中心凹槽73係向上延伸出一超過頂平面72高度之凸銷75,該凸銷75之徑向口徑A係大於軸桿52之凹槽524的徑向 口徑B,如第五圖所示,使該沖壓製具7之頂壓頭71衝壓於軸桿52之頂端面523時,該沖壓製具7之凸銷75係位於軸桿52之凹槽524(可同時參考第七圖)並使其凸銷75具有向軸桿52之凹槽524施加有徑向鉚合力F之效果,而軸桿52之頂端面523受到沖壓製具7之中心凹槽73推擠而產生彎折變形,該彎折後的軸桿52之頂端面523係抵觸於沖壓製具7之斜錐壁74,軸桿52之凹槽524上端處的槽壁面受到沖壓製具7之中心凹槽73推擠形成一內彎壁527,而軸桿52外周邊上端處則形成一緊扣住軸承6之內輪62的外扣壁526,該軸桿52之頂端面523、內彎壁527及外扣壁526係共同組成前述外擴唇525。
當小型空氣壓縮機2進行運作時,因傳動機構之齒輪51的軸桿52直接緊密夾持住軸承6,使傳動機構在運作的期間不會產生出軸桿52與軸承6的定位形成鬆動、鬆脫,不易導致第二定位孔32之內的軸承6被破壞,間接地讓活塞頭保持在汽缸4內進行上下往復直線運動的最佳狀態。
綜觀前論,本發明係提供一種小型空氣壓縮機2之軸承6的定位方法及其定位構造,該軸承6的定位方法係利用一沖壓製具7衝壓於位在軸承6之內輪62中的軸桿52頂端,讓軸桿52頂端受到推擠而彎折出一外擴唇525,使其沖壓製具7之凸銷75具有向軸桿52之凹槽524施加有徑向鉚合力F之效果,使得軸承6可藉由軸桿52之外擴唇525及環垣521的緊密夾持而能牢固地定位。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種小型空氣壓縮機之軸承的定位方法,該空氣壓縮機係包括有:一基座,其係具有分隔開的第一定位孔及第二定位孔,於第一定位孔穿伸有一設在動力馬達芯端的小齒輪,於第二定位孔內裝設一軸承,該軸承係由一外輪、一內輪及位於內輪及外輪之間的複數個滾珠所組成;一汽缸,其係可一體地或是利用連接技術來結合在該基座上,於汽缸上連通有一儲氣座及輸出氣體用的歧管;一傳動機構,其係包含有一具有重量塊之齒輪,該齒輪係可與前述小齒輪相嚙合,該齒輪上係設有一軸桿及一連桿,該軸桿之二末端係為不同口徑之圓柱體,於二者之間乃形成一階梯狀之環垣,其特徵在於:本發明之軸承的定位方法係利用一沖壓製具衝壓於位在軸承之內輪中的軸桿頂端,讓軸桿頂端受到推擠而彎折出一外擴唇,使得軸承可藉由軸桿之外擴唇及環垣的緊密夾持而能牢固地定位。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之小型空氣壓縮機之軸承的定位方法,其中,前述二末端為不同口徑之軸桿,該軸桿之較大口徑的一端係具有一向下凹陷之缺口,該具有缺口之軸桿末端係設置於前述齒輪上,而軸桿之較小口徑的另一端係具有前述圓型頂端面,於軸桿之頂端面中央處係設有一凹槽。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之小型空氣壓縮機之軸承的定位方法,其中,該較小口徑的軸桿一端係穿設於第二定位孔之軸承的內輪並伸出於軸承的外表面,使軸桿之環垣係可抵觸於軸承上。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之小型空氣壓縮機之軸承的定位方法,其中,該沖壓製具係具有一頂壓頭,該頂壓頭之頂平面係往中央處漸縮口徑設有一中心凹槽,即中心凹槽與頂平面之間形成有一斜錐壁,而中心凹槽係向上延伸出一超過頂平面高度之凸銷,當沖壓製具之頂壓頭衝壓於軸桿之頂端面時,該沖壓製具之凸銷係位於軸桿之凹槽,而軸桿之頂端面受到沖壓製具之中心凹槽推擠而產生彎折變形,該彎折後的軸桿之頂端面係抵觸於沖壓製具之斜錐壁,軸桿之凹槽上端處的槽壁面受到沖壓製具之中心凹槽推擠形成一內彎壁,而軸桿外周邊上端處則形成一緊扣住軸承之內輪的外扣壁,該軸桿之頂端面、內彎壁及外扣壁係共同組成前述外擴唇。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之小型空氣壓縮機之軸承的定位方法,其中,該沖壓製具之凸銷的徑向口徑係大於軸桿之凹槽的徑向口徑,使該沖壓製具之頂壓頭衝壓於軸桿之頂端面時,該沖壓製具之凸銷係位於軸桿之凹槽並使其凸銷具有向軸桿之凹槽施加有徑向鉚合力之效果。
  6. 一種小型空氣壓縮機之軸承的定位構造,該空氣壓縮機係包括有:一基座,其係具有分隔開的第一定位孔及第二定位孔,於第一定位孔穿伸有一設在動力馬達芯端的小齒輪,於第二定位孔內裝設一軸承,該軸承係由一外輪、一內輪及位於內輪及外輪之間的複數個滾珠所組成;一汽缸,其係可一體地或是利用連接技術來結合在該基座上,於汽缸上連通有一儲氣座及輸出氣體用的歧管;一傳動機構,其係包含有一具有重量塊之齒輪,該齒輪係可與前述小齒輪相嚙合,該齒輪上係設有一軸桿及一連桿,該軸桿之二末端係為不同口徑之圓柱體,於二者之間乃形成一階梯狀之環垣,其特徵在於:該軸桿頂端受到推擠而彎折出一外擴唇,使得軸承可藉由軸桿之外擴唇及環垣的緊密夾持而能牢固地定位。
