Claims (6)
- ベース、シリンダー及び伝動機構を有する空気圧縮機を備えた、小型空気圧縮機の軸受の位置決め方法であって、
前記ベースは、互いに離隔されるように配置された第1の位置決め孔及び第2の位置決め孔を有し、前記第1の位置決め孔からは、動力モータの芯端に設けられた小歯車が延び、前記第2の位置決め孔内には、軸受が配設され、前記軸受は、外輪と、内輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に位置する複数の球とにより構成され、
前記シリンダーは、前記ベース上に一体に結合されるか接続技術により結合されるとともに、空気貯蔵ユニットと、気体を出力するために用いるマニホールドと、が連通し、
前記伝動機構は、ウェイトを含む歯車を有し、前記歯車は、小歯車と噛合し、前記歯車上には、軸棒及び連杆が設けられ、前記軸棒の2つの末端は、口径がそれぞれ異なる円柱体に成形され、前記2つの末端間には、階段状の環状ショルダが形成され、
前記軸受の前記内輪中に位置する前記軸棒の頂端が打撃工具により打撃されると、前記軸棒の頂端が押圧されて折り曲げられて張出縁が形成され、前記軸棒の前記張出縁及び前記環状ショルダにより前記軸受を密着するように挟持し、強固に位置決めすることを特徴とする小型空気圧縮機の軸受の位置決め方法。 - 前記軸棒の前記2つの末端は、口径がそれぞれ異なり、
前記軸棒の口径が大きめである一端には、下向きに凹んだ切欠きが形成され、
前記切欠きを有する前記軸棒の末端は、前記歯車上に載置され、前記軸棒の口径が小さめである他端には、円形状の頂端面が設けられ、
前記軸棒の前記頂端面の中央部には、凹部が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の小型空気圧縮機の軸受の位置決め方法。 - 口径が小さめの前記軸棒の一端は、前記第2の位置決め孔の前記軸受の前記内輪に挿設されると、前記軸受の外表面から延び、前記軸棒の前記環状ショルダが前記軸受に当接されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の小型空気圧縮機の軸受の位置決め方法。
- 前記打撃工具は、プレスヘッドを有し、
前記プレスヘッドの頂面には、中央部にかけて口径が徐々に縮小する中心凹部が形成され、前記中心凹部と前記頂面との間には円錐面が形成され、前記中心凹部には、前記頂面より高くなるようにピンが上方向へかけて延設され、前記打撃工具の前記プレスヘッドが前記軸棒の前記頂端面を打撃すると、前記打撃工具の前記ピンが前記軸棒の凹部に位置し、前記軸棒の前記頂端面が前記打撃工具の前記中心凹部により押圧されて折り曲げられて変形し、折り曲げられた前記軸棒の前記頂端面が前記打撃工具の円錐面に当接され、前記軸棒の凹部の上端の槽壁面が前記打撃工具の前記中心凹部により押圧されると環状凸面部が形成され、前記軸棒の外周側部の上端には、前記軸受の前記内輪をロックする保持外壁部が設けられ、前記軸棒の前記頂端面、前記環状凸面部及び前記保持外壁部は、前記張出縁を構成することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の小型空気圧縮機の軸受の位置決め方法。 - 前記打撃工具の前記ピンの径方向口径は、前記軸棒の凹部の径方向口径より大きく、前記打撃工具の前記プレスヘッドが前記軸棒の前記頂端面を打撃すると、前記打撃工具の前記ピンが前記軸棒の前記凹部に位置し、前記ピンは、前記軸棒の前記凹部に向かって加わる径方向のかしめ力を得ることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の小型空気圧縮機の軸受の位置決め方法。
