前記空気圧縮機は、ベース、シリンダー及び伝動機構を備え、
前記ベースは、互いに離隔されるように配置された第1の位置決め孔及び第2の位置決め孔を有し、前記第1の位置決め孔には、モータの芯端に設けられた小歯車が挿入され、前記第2の位置決め孔内には、軸受が取り付けられ、前記軸受は、外輪と、内輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に位置する複数の球と、から構成され、
前記シリンダーは、前記ベース上に結合されるとともに、空気貯蔵ユニットと連通し、
前記伝動機構は、前記シリンダー内でピストン本体を往復させて圧縮動作を行って圧縮空気を発生させ、
前記伝動機構は、トルクギヤを含み、前記トルクギヤ上には、雌ねじを有する中央軸孔と、連杆と、が設けられ、
前記トルクギヤの前記中央軸孔は、前記ベースの前記第2の位置決め孔内に取り付けられる前記軸受の前記内輪に対応し、
前記ねじが前記ベース内に取り付けた前記軸受の前記内輪から前記トルクギヤに至るまで挿通され、前記中央軸孔中にねじ止め固定され、自動生産を行うことを特徴とする、伝動機構を提供するものである。

Claims (9)
- 空気圧縮機の伝動機構であって、
前記空気圧縮機は、ベース、シリンダー及び伝動機構を備え、
前記ベースは、互いに離隔されるように配置された第1の位置決め孔及び第2の位置決め孔を有し、前記第1の位置決め孔には、モータの芯端に設けられた小歯車が挿入され、前記第2の位置決め孔内には、軸受が取り付けられ、前記軸受は、外輪と、内輪と、前記内輪と前記外輪との間に位置する複数の球と、から構成され、
前記シリンダーは、前記ベース上に結合されるとともに、空気貯蔵ユニットと連通し、
前記伝動機構は、前記シリンダー内でピストン本体を往復させて圧縮動作を行って圧縮空気を発生させ、
前記伝動機構は、トルクギヤを含み、前記トルクギヤには、雌ねじを有する中央軸孔と、連杆と、が設けられ、
前記トルクギヤの前記中央軸孔は、前記ベースの前記第2の位置決め孔内に取り付けられる前記軸受の前記内輪に対応し、
雄ねじが前記ベース内に取り付けた前記軸受の前記内輪から前記トルクギヤに至るまで挿通され、前記中央軸孔中にねじ止め固定されることを特徴とする、伝動機構。 - 前記トルクギヤは、カウンターウェイト及び大歯車部を含み、
前記大歯車部は、前記小歯車と噛合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝動機構。 - 前記カウンターウェイト及び前記大歯車部は、粉末冶金技術により一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の伝動機構。
- 前記ベースの上面と、前記ベース内に取り付けた前記軸受の外周の最高厚さの上面とは同一の水平面であり、
前記ベースの上面から前記トルクギヤの前記大歯車部までの間隔距離Bが0より大きく、前記トルクギヤの稼働期間中に前記大歯車部が回転しても前記ベースの上面と摩擦して磨耗されることを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の伝動機構。 - 前記トルクギヤの前記中央軸孔は、前記大歯車部に形成され、
前記大歯車部の底部の前記中央軸孔の外周には、ギヤボス部が設けられ、
前記ギヤボス部は、前記大歯車部と一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の伝動機構。 - 前記トルクギヤの底部には、ギヤボス部が設けられ、
前記雄ねじが前記ベース内に取り付けた前記軸受の前記内輪から前記ギヤボス部を通って前記トルクギヤに至るまで挿通され、前記中央軸孔中にねじ止め固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の伝動機構。 - 前記トルクギヤの前記中央軸孔は、前記大歯車部と組み合わして一体化される前記カウンターウェイトに形成され、
前記カウンターウェイトの底部の前記中央軸孔の外周には、ギヤボス部が設けられ、
前記ギヤボス部は、前記カウンターウェイトと一体成形されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の伝動機構。 - 前記ピストン本体には、前記トルクギヤ上の前記連杆が枢着され、前記連杆に形成した環状凹溝中にロック部材が係合され、前記トルクギヤの稼働期間中に前記ピストン本体が外れることを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝動機構。
- 前記ピストン本体には、前記トルクギヤ上の前記連杆が枢着され、前記ピストン本体が前記シリンダー中に平行に配設されると、前記トルクギヤの前記中央軸孔が、前記ベースの前記第2の位置決め孔内に取り付けられる前記軸受の前記内輪に対応し、前記雄ねじが前記ベース内に取り付けた前記軸受の前記内輪から前記トルクギヤに至るまで挿通され、前記中央軸孔中にねじ止め固定されて前記伝動機構が組み立てられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の伝動機構。
