Claims (6)
- 生体適合性金属材料または前記金属の合金で作られた顆粒であって、前記顆粒は、3〜4mmの外径を有し、海綿骨との骨結合、骨細胞の増殖および分化を促進するために400〜800ミクロンの孔径を備えた多孔性の小柱状構造を有する外表面を有する中実球形構造を有する顆粒。
- 前記顆粒は、640ミクロンの孔径を備えた多孔性を有する、請求項1に記載の顆粒。
- 前記顆粒は、チタンまたはチタン合金で作られている、請求項1または2に記載の顆粒。
- 前記顆粒は、3.3mmの外径を有する、請求項1に記載の顆粒。
- 前記顆粒の各々は、該顆粒が互いに連結されて鎖を形成するように、各顆粒を少なくとももう1つの顆粒に連結する連結手段を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の顆粒。
- 少なくとも1つの高エネルギー電子ビーム(EBM)またはレーザによる粉末の局在化微細融合ステップを可能にする製造技術によって作られる請求項1に記載の顆粒の製造方法。
