Claims (9)
- 三次元(3D)印刷部品を生成するためのシステムであって、3D印刷部品を形成するために物体形成基部上に物体形成材料の層を堆積する材料堆積デバイスと、
前記3D印刷部品の形成時に取得された、前記3D印刷部品を形成する複数の堆積層についての層ごとの情報に基づいて、前記3D印刷部品の少なくとも一部分を硬化させるための硬化エネルギーのレベルを決定し、前記3D印刷部品の前記少なくとも一部分を硬化させるために、決定された前記レベルで硬化エネルギーを放出するアドレス可能硬化デバイスと、
を備えるシステム。 - プロセス方向において、前記材料堆積デバイスと前記アドレス可能硬化デバイスとの間に置かれる基本硬化デバイスをさらに備え、
前記基本硬化デバイスは、前記3D印刷部品を形成するプロセスにおいて前記堆積層の1つまたは複数を硬化させる、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記物体形成材料は紫外線(UV)硬化可能インク材料である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 複数の物体形成材料の硬化エネルギーレベルデータ、および、前記複数の物体形成材料の個々の層の相互との構成を記憶するデータ記憶デバイスをさらに備え、
前記アドレス可能硬化デバイスは、前記3D印刷部品の前記少なくとも一部分についての前記記憶されている硬化エネルギーレベルデータを参照することによって、前記硬化エネルギーのレベルを決定する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記アドレス可能硬化デバイスは、互いに異なるレベルの前記硬化エネルギーを放出する1つまたは複数の硬化エネルギー放出部を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記アドレス可能硬化デバイスは、前記複数の個別部分の各々を硬化させるための前記硬化エネルギーのレベルを決定するために、前記複数の個別部分の前記各々をピクセルごとに分析する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 3D印刷デバイスにおいて3D印刷部品を生成するための方法であって、3D印刷部品を形成するために物体形成基部上に物体形成材料の層を堆積するステップと、
プロセッサを用いて、前記3D印刷部品の少なくとも一部分の層履歴を開発するために、前記3D印刷部品を形成する複数の堆積層についての層ごとの情報を収集するステップと、
前記プロセッサを用いて、前記3D印刷部品の前記少なくとも一部分の前記開発された層履歴に基づいて前記3D印刷部品の前記少なくとも一部分を硬化させるための硬化エネルギーのレベルを自動的に決定するステップと、
前記プロセッサを用いて、前記決定されたレベルの硬化エネルギーを放出するように、アドレス可能強度硬化デバイスを制御するステップと、
前記3D印刷部品の表面を、前記アドレス可能強度硬化デバイスから放出される前記決定されたレベルの硬化エネルギーに晒すことによって、前記3D印刷部品の前記少なくとも一部分を硬化させるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記アドレス可能強度硬化デバイスは、互いに異なるレベルの前記硬化エネルギーを放出する1つまたは複数の硬化エネルギー放出部を備える、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 3Dプリンタにおいて3D印刷部品を生成するための方法をプロセッサに実行させる命令を記憶している持続性コンピュータ可読媒体であって、
前記命令は、前記プロセッサに、
前記3D印刷部品の少なくとも一部分の層履歴を開発するために、3D印刷部品を形成するための物体形成基部上の物体形成材料の複数の連続して堆積される層についての層ごとの情報を収集するステップと、
前記3D印刷部品の前記少なくとも一部分の前記開発された層履歴に基づいて前記3D印刷部品の前記少なくとも一部分を硬化させるための硬化エネルギーのレベルを自動的に決定するステップと、
前記3D印刷部品の表面を、アドレス可能強度硬化デバイスから放出される前記決定されたレベルの硬化エネルギーに晒すために、前記決定されたレベルの硬化エネルギーを放出するように、前記アドレス可能強度硬化デバイスを制御するステップと、
を実行させることを特徴とする持続性コンピュータ可読媒体。
