Description
Claims (12)
- ブレードであって、
円板状の台金と、
前記台金の外周縁に設けられた切削用または研削用の刃と、
前記台金の側面において前記台金の外周に沿って全周に亘って凸状の被膜を有し、
前記被膜は、前記台金に印刷され、かつUV硬化または焼き付けされた塗料からなり、複数の線形状の被膜要素を有するブレード。 - 請求項1に記載のブレードであって、
複数の前記被膜要素は、前記台金の少なくとも周方向または径方向に所定間隔にて配置されるブレード。 - 請求項1または2に記載のブレードであって、
前記被膜は、前記台金の周方向に所定間隔にて配置される複数の第1被膜要素と、前記第1被膜要素と幅が異なりかつ所定間隔で離間して協働して複数のV字形状を形成する複数の第2被膜要素を有するブレード。 - 請求項3に記載のブレードであって、
前記第1被膜要素は、前記台金の外周縁に接する仮想接線に対して角度を有するブレード。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1つに記載のブレードであって
前記被膜の最表層は、潤滑性物質を含む前記塗料からなるブレード。 - 請求項1に記載のブレードであって、
前記被膜は、第1層と第2層を含む二層の被膜要素を有し、
前記第2層が前記複数の線形状の被膜要素を備え、
前記複数の被膜要素が径方向に所定の間隔で配置されることで要素グループを構成し、前記要素グループが前記台金の周方向に所定の間隔で配置されるブレード。 - 請求項6に記載のブレードであって、
前記要素グループは、径方向に並びかつ周方向の長さが異なる前記複数の被膜要素によってV字形を構成するブレード。 - 請求項1に記載のブレードであって、
前記被膜は、第1層と第2層を含む二層の被膜要素を有し、
前記第2層が前記複数の線形状の被膜要素を備え、さらに
前記ブレードの前記径方向中心に隣接して囲むC字形状の帯状の平坦面被覆要素を有するブレード。 - ブレードであって、
円板状の台金と、
前記台金の外周縁に設けられた切削用または研削用の刃と、
前記台金の中心にて厚み方向に貫通する円形の嵌合孔と、
前記台金の側面において前記台金の外周に沿って全周に亘って凸状の被膜を有し、
前記被膜は、メラミン樹脂塗料、アクリル樹脂塗料、ニッケルメッキ、クロムメッキのうち少なくとも1つを含んだ白色塗料による環状でかつ帯状の1層目と、前記1層目上に配置される複数の線形状の被膜要素を備える2層目を有し、
前記被膜要素は、周方向及び径方向に所定間隔で配置されかつ前記台金の外周に沿って線状に延出する複数の第1被膜要素と、前記第1被膜要素が設けられた領域よりも前記嵌合孔に近い内周領域において前記嵌合孔に沿って円環状に延出する第2被膜要素を有するブレード。 - 請求項9に記載のブレードであって、
前記複数の第1被膜要素は、径方向に並びかつ前記嵌合孔から離れるほど周方向の長さが長い要素グループを構成し、複数の前記要素グループが周方向に並配されるブレード。 - 請求項9または10に記載のブレードであって、
前記複数の第1被膜要素は、径方向に並びかつ周方向の長さが異なることで協働してV字形を形成する要素グループを構成し、複数の前記要素グループが周方向に並配されるブレード。 - 請求項9〜11のいずれか1つに記載のブレードであって、
前記複数の第1被膜要素は、前記台金の外周縁に沿って円弧状であるブレード。
