Description
Claims (11)
- くさび形状の閉塞部分(3)を有する少なくとも1つの閉塞部材(2)と、バルブ開口部(4)を取り囲む少なくとも1つのバルブシート(5)と、を備え、前記くさび形状の閉塞部分(3)が、前記閉塞部材(2)の閉位置において前記バルブシート(5)に封止状態で当接して前記バルブ開口部(4)を閉塞し、かつ、開位置において前記バルブ開口部(4)を通じて流体および固体のうち少なくとも一方を搬送するために前記バルブ開口部(4)を開放し、前記くさび形状の閉塞部分(3)を有する前記閉塞部材(2)が前記閉位置および前記開位置の間で往復運動するように運動軌道(6)に支持されているバルブ(1)または真空バルブであって、
前記運動軌道(6)が屈曲または湾曲しており、
前記閉塞部材(2)が、前記閉塞部材(2)の搬送開口部(17)を取り囲むくさび形状の通路部分(16)を有し、前記閉塞部材(2)が、開位置において前記くさび形状の通路部分(16)において前記バルブシート(5)に封止状態で当接し、前記閉塞部材(2)の前記搬送開口部(17)が、気体および固体のうち少なくとも一方を搬送させるため、開位置において前記バルブ開口部(4)と同軸に配置されており、
前記閉塞部材(2)を前記運動軌道(6)に沿って案内するため、少なくとも1つの案内軌道(7)を備え、前記案内軌道(7)が屈曲または湾曲しており、
前記運動軌道(6)が、中央運動軌道要素(10)と、前記中央運動軌道要素(10)の両端部のそれぞれに連結されている運動軌道要素(9)(11)と、を有し、当該両端部のそれぞれに連結された運動軌道要素(9)(11)のそれぞれが、前記中央運動軌道要素(10)に対して傾斜して配置されていることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のバルブ(1)において、前記閉塞部材(2)を前記運動軌道(6)に沿って案内するため、前記案内軌道(7)により案内される少なくとも1つのローラ(8)または少なくとも1つのスライダを備えていることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1又は2記載のバルブ(1)において、運動軌道(6)および少なくとも1つの任意の案内軌道(7)のうち少なくとも一方が、少なくとも2回にわたって屈曲していることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(1)において、前記少なくとも1つの案内軌道(7)が、中央案内軌道要素(13)と、前記中央案内軌道要素(13)の両端部のそれぞれに連結されている案内軌道要素(12)(14)と、を有し、当該両端部に連結されている案内軌道要素(12)(14)のそれぞれが、前記中央案内軌道要素(13)に対して傾斜して配置されていることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(1)において、前記運動軌道を構成 する2つの連続している運動軌道要素(9)(10)(11)および前記案内軌道(7)を構成する2つの連続している案内軌道要素(12)(13)(14)のうち少なくとも1つが、相互に135°〜170°または145°〜155°の角度をなしていることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(1)において、前記運動軌道(6)が全体的に湾曲していることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(1)において、バルブハウジング(18)を備え、前記バルブシート(5)が前記バルブハウジング(18)の一部であることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項7記載のバルブ(1)において、前記バルブハウジング(18)の内 部空間(20)に流体および固体のうち少なくとも一方が進入することを防止するため、前記搬送開口部(17)が、前記閉塞部材(2)の前記通路部分(16)における搬送開口隔壁(19)により取り囲まれていることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1〜8のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(1)において、前記閉塞部材(2)の前記閉塞部分(3)および前記通路部分(16)が相互に堅固に固定され、付加的または代替的に、前記閉塞部材(2)が前記閉塞部分(3)および前記通路部分(16)のそれぞれにおいて少なくとも1つのシール部材(21)(22)または少なくとも1つのシールシートを有することを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項1〜9のうちいずれか1項に記載のバルブ(1)において、前記閉塞部材(2)を前記開位置および前記閉位置の間で進退運動させるため、複数または単一のリニアアクチュエータ(23)および揺動アクチュエータ(33)のうち少なくとも一方を備えていることを特徴とするバルブ。
- 請求項10記載のバルブ(1)において、前記リニアアクチュエータ(23)および前記閉塞部材(2)が、少なくとも1つの伝動レバー(24)によって相互に連結され、前記伝動レバー(24)が前記リニアアクチュエータ(23)および前記閉塞部材(2)に対して揺動可能に配置されていることを特徴とするバルブ。
