- セラミックス鍋であって、
セラミックス鍋本体と、
前記セラミックス鍋本体の少なくとも一部の外面に配置される自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層と、
前記セラミックス鍋本体と前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層との間にある金属酸化物層と、を含み、
前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層は金属酸化物を有し、
前記セラミックス鍋本体はさらなる金属酸化物を有し、
前記金属酸化物層は、前記金属酸化物と前記さらなる金属酸化物とのマイクロ冶金反応により結合され、
前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層は、低融点金属を含み、
前記低融点金属の融点が、3000℃以下であり、
前記低融点金属は、アルミニウムと、カルシウムと、亜鉛と、モリブデンとから選択される少なくとも一種である、ことを特徴とするセラミックス鍋。 - 前記低融点金属は、アルミニウムと、カルシウムと、亜鉛と、モリブデンとから選択されるいずれか一種であり、前記低融点金属の含有量が、前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層の70重量%以上を占める、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記低融点金属は、アルミニウムと、カルシウムと、亜鉛と、モリブデンとから選択される二種以上で、前記低融点金属の含有量が、前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層の80重量%以上を占める、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記セラミックス鍋は、前記セラミックス鍋本体の少なくとも一部の外面に配置される釉薬層を更に含み、前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層は、前記釉薬層の少なくとも一部の外面に配置される、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層には、磁気伝導材料が含まれず、
前記セラミックス鍋は、前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層の少なくとも一部の外面に配置される熱伝導性金属層を更に含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のセラミックス鍋。 - 前記熱伝導性金属層には、銀と、アルミニウムと、銅と、亜鉛とのうち少なくとも一種が含まれる、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記セラミックス鍋は、前記熱伝導性金属層の少なくとも一部の外面に配置される磁気伝導層を更に含む、ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記磁気伝導層には、ニッケルと、鉄と、コバルトとのうち少なくとも一種が含まれる、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記セラミックス鍋は、前記磁気伝導層の少なくとも一部の外面に配置される保護層を更に含む、ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記保護層は、シリコーン樹脂層と、耐高温防錆塗布層と、セラミックス・コーティング層とから選択される少なくとも一種である、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層の厚さが0.04〜0.1mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記熱伝導性金属層の厚さが0.04〜0.4mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記磁気伝導層の厚さが0.1〜0.5mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記保護層の厚さが0.05〜0.2mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層には、磁気伝導材料が含まれ、前記磁気伝導材料には、ニッケルと、鉄と、コバルトとのうち少なくとも一種が含まれる、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記セラミックス鍋は、前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層の少なくとも一部の外面に配置される保護層を更に含む、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記保護層は、シリコーン樹脂層と、耐高温防錆塗布層と、セラミックス・コーティング層とから選択される少なくとも一種である、ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層の厚さが0.04〜0.1mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 前記保護層の厚さが0.05〜0.2mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項17に記載のセラミックス鍋。
- 請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のセラミックス鍋の製造方法であって、前記方法は、
(1)セラミックス鍋本体を提供するステップと、
(2)前記セラミックス鍋本体の少なくとも一部の外面に自己粘着性を有する遷移金属を溶射して、前記セラミックス鍋本体の少なくとも一部の外面に自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層を形成するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記方法は、
(3)前記セラミックス鍋本体の少なくとも一部の外面に自己粘着性を有する遷移金属を溶射する前に、予め前記セラミックス鍋本体の少なくとも一部の外面を施釉し、高温で焼結することにより、前記セラミックス鍋本体の少なくとも一部の外面に釉薬層を形成し、前記釉薬層に対してサンドブラスト処理を行うステップ、を更に含む、ことを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。 - 前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層には、磁気伝導材料が含まれず、
前記方法は、前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層の少なくとも一部の外面に熱伝導性金属を溶射して、前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層の少なくとも一部の外面に熱伝導性金属層を形成するステップを更に含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項20又は21に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記熱伝導性金属層の少なくとも一部分の外面に磁気伝導金属を溶射して、前記熱伝導性金属層の少なくとも一部の外面に磁気伝導層を形成するステップを更に含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項22に記載の方法。 - 前記方法は、
前記磁気伝導層の少なくとも一部の外面に保護材料をスプレーし、前記磁気伝導層の少なくとも一部の外面に保護層を形成するステップを更に含む、ことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。 - 前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層には、磁気伝導材料層が含まれ、前記磁気伝導材料には、ニッケルと、鉄と、コバルトとのうち少なくとも一種が含まれる、ことを特徴とする請求項20又は21に記載の方法。
- 前記方法は、前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層の少なくとも一部の外面に保護材料をスプレーして、前記自己粘着性を有する遷移金属層の少なくとも一部の外面に保護層を形成するステップを更に含む、ことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。
- 調理器具本体と、コイルディスクと、内鍋と、を含む調理器具であって、
前記コイルディスク内に加熱区が区画されており、前記コイルディスクは、前記調理器具本体内の底部に設けられ、
前記内鍋の少なくとも一部が前記加熱区に配置され、
前記内鍋は、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載のセラミックス鍋、又は請求項20〜26のいずれかに記載の方法により製造されたセラミックス鍋である、ことを特徴とする調理器具。 - 前記セラミックス鍋の高さ方向に沿って、前記セラミックス鍋のコーティング層の高さが前記コイルディスクの高さ以下である、ことを特徴とする請求項27に記載の調理器具。
- 前記調理器具が炊飯器である、ことを特徴とする請求項28に記載の調理器具。
- 前記炊飯器がIH炊飯器である、ことを特徴とする請求項29に記載の調理器具。
