Description
本出願は、2016年12月27日に中国国家知識産権局に提出された中国特許出願第201611227987.6号の優先権を主張するものであり、当該中国特許出願の全内容は参照により本明細書に組み入れられる。
いくつかの実施形態では、前記吸気ダクトの出口は、前記渦巻き管路の内面に設けられる。
具体的には、渦巻き比率Sが大きいほど、渦巻きの強度が大きく、形成された負圧が大きくなることを表し、排煙アセンブリ10の吸引力が大きくなり、排煙効果が良好になる。

Claims (11)
- 排煙装置用の排煙アセンブリであって、
前記排煙アセンブリは、
送風機と、
渦巻き管路及び吸気ダクトを含む渦巻き生成部であって、前記吸気ダクトは前記渦巻き管路に連通され、前記吸気ダクトの入口は前記送風機に接続され、前記吸気ダクトの出口は、前記渦巻き管路内に渦巻き式上昇気流を生じるように構成される渦巻き生成部と、
前記渦巻き管路に連通される吸煙管路及び排煙管路であって、前記吸煙管路の出口は前記吸気ダクトの出口の上側に設けられ、前記吸煙管路の出口は前記渦巻き式上昇気流の低圧領域に連通されるように構成され、前記排煙管路は前記渦巻き管路の出口に接続される吸煙管路及び排煙管路と、を含み、
前記渦巻き管路は、渦巻き誘導管路と、前記渦巻き誘導管路の上部に接続された渦巻き生成管路と、を含み、
前記渦巻き誘導管路は前記渦巻き生成管路に連通され、前記渦巻き生成管路の直径は前記渦巻き誘導管路の直径より小さく、
前記渦巻き生成管路と前記渦巻き誘導管路との接続箇所に、段差が設けられており、
前記渦巻き誘導管路と前記渦巻き生成管路とは、いずれも円筒状を成し、
前記吸気ダクトは前記渦巻き誘導管路に接続され、
前記吸煙管路は前記渦巻き生成管路に設けられ、
前記渦巻き生成管路の出口が前記渦巻き管路の出口である
ことを特徴とする排煙アセンブリ。 - 前記排煙アセンブリは複数の吸気管を含み、
前記吸気管にはそれぞれ前記吸気ダクトが設けられ、
前記複数の吸気管はそれぞれ前記渦巻き管路の側壁に設けられ、
前記吸気管はそれぞれ直線状を成し、
各前記吸気管と、前記吸気管の前記渦巻き管路の穿設箇所における接線方向と、は鋭角を成す
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排煙アセンブリ。 - 前記吸気ダクトの出口は、前記渦巻き管路の内面に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排煙アセンブリ。
- 前記吸煙管路の出口から前記渦巻き管路の軸方向の軸線までの距離は、前記渦巻き管路の半径の2/3を超えない
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排煙アセンブリ。 - 前記吸気ダクトは主流路及び分流路を含み、
前記主流路は、前記渦巻き管路を囲み、
前記分流路は、前記主流路と前記渦巻き管路とを連通し、前記分流路の出口が前記吸気ダクトの出口である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排煙アセンブリ。 - 前記排煙アセンブリは、前記渦巻き管路の内壁に設けられた複数の案内羽根を含み、
各前記吸気ダクトの出口の周縁に、二つの前記案内羽根が設けられ、
各前記案内羽根と、前記案内羽根の設置箇所の前記渦巻き管路に沿う接線方向と、は鋭角を成す
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の排煙アセンブリ。 - 各前記案内羽根の鋭角を成す方向は一致する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の排煙アセンブリ。 - 各前記吸気ダクトの前記出口の周縁の二つの前記案内羽根は、互いに平行である
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の排煙アセンブリ。 - 前記渦巻き誘導管路の半径がRであり、高さがHであり、前記渦巻き式上昇気流が前記渦巻き誘導管路の軸方向断面に生じた接線方向の速度成分がVtであり、径方向の速度成分がVrであり、渦巻き比率S=(Vt/Vr)*(R/2H)であり、前記渦巻き比率Sが0.2以上である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排煙アセンブリ。 - 前記渦巻き誘導管路の下端は、閉鎖される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排煙アセンブリ。 - 排煙装置であって、
請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の排煙アセンブリを含む
ことを特徴とする排煙装置。
