Description
以下では、本発明を、図面を参照して比較的詳細に示す。様々な様態が記載されており、これらは、それぞれ、別個に又は組み合わせて使用することができるということ、すなわち、純粋な代替として明示的に示されていない限りは、本発明の様々な実施態様とともに任意の様態を使用することができるということに、注意すべきである。
本開示に係る発明は、下記の態様を含む。
〈態様1〉
センサアセンブリ(S touch )を有している積層ガラスペイン(100)であって、前記積層ガラスペインが、結合フィルム(F;F 1 、F 2 )によって結合されている第一ガラス層(GS 1 )及び第二ガラス層(GS 2 )を有しており、前記センサアセンブリ(S touch )が、指の接近を検出するために適しており、ここで、
・ ホログラム(H)が、前記センサアセンブリの位置に配置されており、このホログラムは、照明時に、観察者に対して可視的となり、
・ 前記ホログラム(H)は、前記第一ガラス層(GS 1 )及び前記第二ガラス層(GS 2 )の間に配置されている、
積層ガラスペイン。
〈態様2〉
前記センサアセンブリ(S touch )が、容量センサ又は光学センサを有している、態様1に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
〈態様3〉
前記ホログラム(H)が、前記結合フィルム(F)に適用されている、態様1又は2に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
〈態様4〉
前記結合フィルム(F;F 1 、F 2 )が、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)及びポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリビニルクロリド(PVC)、ポリビニルフルオリド(PVF)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、ポリアクリレート(PA)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリウレタン(PUR)、並びに/又はそれらの混合物及びコポリマーを含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの材料を含有している、態様1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
〈態様5〉
前記センサアセンブリ(S touch )の少なくとも部分が、ワイヤとして、前記結合フィルム(F;F 1 、F 2 )上に又はその中に、適用されており又は導入されている、態様1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
〈態様6〉
前記センサアセンブリ(S touch )が、少なくとも1つの平面状の透明導電性層(TES)を有しており、この層が、絶縁性分離ライン(U)によって区切られている、態様1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
〈態様7〉
前記センサアセンブリ(S touch )及び前記ホログラム(H)の少なくとも部分が、前記積層ガラスペイン(100)内において、前記結合フィルム(F;F 1 、F 2 )又はキャリア(T)の共通区域に配置されている、態様1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
〈態様8〉
前記ホログラム(H)の第一表示が、観察者との関係において、反射照明時に現れる、態様1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
〈態様9〉
前記ホログラム(H)の第二表示が、観察者との関係において、透過性照明時に現れる、態様1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
〈態様10〉
態様1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)及び照明源を有しており、前記照明源が、前記ホログラム(H)を制御可能に照明し、それにより、使用者に対してこのホログラムが現れるようになっている、積層ガラスペイン設備。
〈態様11〉
態様1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)の、乗り物若しくは建物における、又は、情報表示器としての、使用。
〈態様12〉
以下の工程を有している、積層ガラスペイン(100)を製造するための方法:
・ ホログラム(H)を取得すること、
・ 前記ホログラム(H)を、前記積層ガラスペインの結合フィルム(F;F 1 、F 2 )に導入すること、ここで、この導入の工程は、前記結合フィルム(F;F 1 、F 2 )への積層、接着から選択される、
・ 前記積層ガラスペイン(100)を完成させること。
〈態様13〉
前記ホログラムが、少なくとも部分的に透明である、態様12に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)を製造するための方法。
Claims (9)
- センサアセンブリ(Stouch)を有している乗り物用の積層ガラスペイン(100)であって、前記積層ガラスペインが、透明な結合フィルム(F;F1、F2)によって結合されている透明な第一ガラス層(GS1)及び透明な第二ガラス層(GS2)を有しており、前記センサアセンブリ(Stouch)が、指の接近を検出するために適しており、ここで、
・ 少なくとも部分的に透明なホログラム(H)が、前記センサアセンブリの位置に配置されており、このホログラムは、照明時に、前記乗り物の運転者に対して可視的となり、かつ前記乗り物の前方席の乗員に対しては、部分的に透明であり若しくは不可視なままであり、又は、前記前方席の乗員に対して可視的となり、かつ前記運転者に対しては、部分的に透明であり若しくは不可視なままであり、
・ 前記ホログラム(H)は、前記第一ガラス層(GS1)及び前記第二ガラス層(GS2)の間に配置されており、
ここで、前記ホログラム(H)の表示が、前記運転者又は前記前方席の乗員との関係において、前記乗り物の外部からの周囲の光による透過性照明時に現れる、
積層ガラスペイン。 - 前記ホログラム(H)のさらなる表示が、前記運転者又は前記前方席の乗員との関係において、前記乗り物の内部からの選択的な照明による反射照明時に現れる、請求項1に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
- 前記センサアセンブリ(Stouch)が、容量センサ又は光学センサを有している、請求項1又は2に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
- 前記ホログラム(H)が、前記結合フィルム(F)に適用されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
- 前記結合フィルム(F;F1、F2)が、ポリブチレンテレフタレート(PBT)、ポリカーボネート(PC)、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)及びポリエチレンナフタレート(PEN)、ポリビニルクロリド(PVC)、ポリビニルフルオリド(PVF)、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、ポリアクリレート(PA)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、ポリウレタン(PUR)、並びに/又はそれらの混合物及びコポリマーを含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの材料を含有している、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
- 前記センサアセンブリ(Stouch)の少なくとも部分が、ワイヤとして、前記結合フィルム(F;F1、F2)上に又はその中に、適用されており又は導入されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。

- 前記センサアセンブリ(Stouch)及び前記ホログラム(H)の少なくとも部分が、前記積層ガラスペイン(100)内において、前記結合フィルム(F;F1、F2)又はキャリア(T)の共通区域に配置されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)。
- 以下の工程を有している、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の積層ガラスペイン(100)を製造するための方法:
・ ホログラム(H)を取得すること、
・ 前記ホログラム(H)を、前記積層ガラスペインの結合フィルム(F;F1、F2)に導入すること、ここで、この導入の工程は、前記結合フィルム(F;F1、F2)への積層、接着から選択される、
・ 前記積層ガラスペイン(100)を完成させること。
