Claims (3)
- 多数の矩形のコアプレートを積層し、各々の間にプレート間オイル流路とプレート間冷却水流路とを交互に構成するとともに、上記プレート間オイル流路及びプレート間冷却水流路に矩形のフィンプレートを配置し、互いにロー付け接合してなる熱交換器において、
上記コアプレートは、一対のオイル穴と、一対の冷却水穴と、を有し、
上記フィンプレートは、その平面図上において、当該フィンプレートの中心を通り互い直交する第1基準線及び第2基準線を仮想したとき、第1基準線と平行な方向の流路抵抗が、第2基準線と平行な方向の流路抵抗に比べて小さい異方性を有し、
上記一対のオイル穴は、上記コアプレートの外縁に位置するとともに、当該コアプレートの中心を挟んで対称となる位置に形成され、さらに上記第1基準線に沿った方向で上記フィンプレートを挟んで位置し、
上記一対の冷却水穴は、上記コアプレートの外縁に位置するとともに、当該コアプレートの中心を挟んで対称となる位置に形成され、さらに上記第1基準線に沿った方向で上記フィンプレートを挟んで位置し、
上記プレート間オイル流路に配置される上記フィンプレートと上記オイル穴との間隔は、上記プレート間冷却水流路に配置される上記フィンプレートと上記冷却水穴との間隔よりも狭くなるよう設定されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 上記一対のオイル穴は、上記コアプレートの対角線上に形成され、
上記一対の冷却水穴は、上記一対のオイル穴が形成された対角線とは異なる上記コアプレートの対角線上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 上記プレート間オイル流路には、上記プレート間冷却水流路の冷却水の流れの向きと逆方向となるオイルの流れが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
