Description
を備えてなることを特徴とする。
図1は、本発明に係る車両用衝撃吸収構造を天井に備えた車両1の概略上面図である。車両1が備える車両天井10は、車両1の屋根を構成する外板であるルーフパネル11と、その車室内側面である天井面を内装するルーフトリム20とで、主に構成されており、ルーフトリム20の車両上方向における車室外側に衝撃吸収体350を備えている(図4〜6参照)。
以上のような車両用衝撃吸収構造によると、衝撃吸収体350が備える衝撃吸収部材50(51a〜51d,52a〜52d)を板面方向において2以上の分割構成とすることで、例えば1つの大きな衝撃吸収部材を配する場合に比べて潰れ残りの発生を抑制できる。また、これら互いに離間する衝撃吸収部材50(51a〜51d,52a〜52d)を、トリム部材20の車室外側面20Bにその板面が沿って配される1枚の板状部材30の車室外側面30Bに配することにより、車室内側から加わる荷重を当該板状部材30から各衝撃吸収部材50(51a〜51d,52a〜52d)へと確実に伝えることができ、十分な衝撃吸収効果が得られる。
Claims (4)
- 車室内側面を構成するトリム部材の車室外側に衝撃吸収体を備えた車両用衝撃吸収構造であって、
前記衝撃吸収体は、
前記トリム部材の車室外側面に、その板面が沿って配される1枚の板状部材と、
前記板状部材における車室外側面に、前記板状部材の板面に沿って互いに離間して配される2以上の衝撃吸収部材と、
を備え、
前記衝撃吸収部材は、前記板状部材と対向する車室内側面を有するとともに、前記衝撃吸収部材と前記板状部材とは、前記衝撃吸収部材の車室内側面と前記板状部材の前記車室外側面とが接するように配されており、
前記板状部材は、前記衝撃吸収部材よりも剛性の高いもので構成されていることを特徴とする車両用衝撃吸収構造。 - 前記トリム部材は、車両天井用のルーフトリムであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用衝撃吸収構造。
- 前記板状部材には、リブが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用衝撃吸収構造。
- 前記衝撃吸収部材は、相対的に車体の外縁寄りに配される第1衝撃吸収部材と、前記第1衝撃吸収部材よりも車室内側に配される第2衝撃吸収部材と、を含んで構成され、
前記第1衝撃吸収部材は、前記第2衝撃吸収部材に比して相対的にその剛性が高いものとされていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の車両用衝撃吸収構造。
