Description
本発明において(A)成分の固形油分は常温(25℃)で固体の油であり、その融点は50〜120℃、好ましくは55℃〜105℃、より好ましくは60〜100℃である。固形油分の融点は、医薬部外品原料規格の一般試験法である融点測定法第2法によって測定することができる。融点が過度に低い場合は、(B)成分の液状油を均一に固化させることができず、また、油性固形クレンジング化粧料の輸送時や携帯時に振動や衝撃で液状化したり、保形性が悪く固形の形状を維持することができない。逆に、融点が過度に高い場合は、組成物が硬くなりクレンジング化粧料として使用する際に指取れが悪くなるとともに、溶融させる際に高温での操作が必要になるため(B)成分および(C)成分の酸化劣化を引き起こしやすくなる。
本発明の油性固形クレンジング化粧料においては、肌上のメイクとのなじみ易さや、肌に塗布する際の伸ばし易さの観点から(B)液状油分が用いられる。ここで「液状油分」とは、常温(25℃)で流動性を有する油分及び融点50℃未満の半固形油分を意味し、沸点が260℃未満の揮発性油分も含まれる。
本発明においては、(C)成分としてHLB値が5〜13の範囲にある非イオン性界面活性剤が用いられる。ここで「HLB値が5〜13の範囲にある非イオン性界面活性剤」とは、HLB値が5〜13の範囲にある1種の非イオン性界面活性剤であるか、その範囲のHLB値を有する複数の非イオン性界面活性剤の組合せであるか、またはHLB値が異なる2種以上の非イオン性界面活性剤を組み合わせた結果としてその加重平均のHLB値が5〜13の範囲になる複数の非イオン性界面活性剤の組合せであることを意味する。
本発明においては、上記(A)〜(C)成分に加えて、粉体成分として(D)粉体状モロッコ溶岩クレイが用いられる。モロッコ溶岩クレイは、モロッコで産出されるスメクタイトに分類される粘土であり、その体積平均粒子径は、通常、10〜30μmであり、薄い暗緑色を呈する物質である。モロッコ溶岩クレイは、古くから泥パック等のクレイセラピーに用いられる素材として知られており、肌の汚れに対する高い吸着力と成分中に含まれるミネラル分の肌に対する効果が期待されている。かかるモロッコ溶岩クレイは、ガッスールMの商品名でガッスール ジャパン・ジャミーラ社から市販されている。
また、以下の実施例および比較例における本発明の油性固形クレンジング化粧料の評価方法は、以下のとおりである。
化粧経験のある女性評価パネル10名が市販のパウダーファンデーション(セザンヌ化粧品社製、セザンヌ UVファンデーションEX プラス)を肌に塗布した後、評価用のサンプルでクレンジングを行い、各項目について下記(1)に示す評価基準に基づき1〜5点の5段階で評点を付けた。評価者10名の評点の平均値を算出し、下記(2)に示す4段階判定基準によりクレンジング化粧料としての性能を判定した。

3点:どちらとも言えない
2点:やや悪い
1点:悪い
◎:平均点が4〜5点
○:平均点が3点以上、4点未満
△:平均点が2点以上、3点未満
×:平均点が2点未満
評価用のサンプル150gを80℃で溶解し、70℃の温度になったところで、内容量250mLの紙コップに流し込み、室温(25℃)で1時間放冷固化後、内容物を紙コップごとカッターナイフで垂直に切断し、その断面を観察し、粉体の沈降状態および色別れの有無について、下記の評価基準にしたがって評価した。
◎:粉体が均一に分散しており沈降がみられない。
○:断面の上から1/5以上の層で粉体が少ない部分がある。
△:断面の上から1/5以上の層では粉体が観察されない。
×:断面の上から1/3以上の層では粉体が観察されない。
◎:全面にわたって色調が同じであり、色別れが観察されない。
○:断面の上から1/5以上の層でやや色調が異なる部分が観察される。
△:断面の上から1/5以上の層では色調が異なる部分が観察される。
×:断面の上から1/3以上の層では色調が異なる部分が観察される。
(油性固形クレンジング化粧料)
表1に示す処方の油性固形クレンジング化粧料を下記の製造手順に従って調製した。これらの処方においては、(C)成分としてHLB値が異なる2種の非イオン性界面活性剤を組み合わせて使用しており、その組み合わせの加重平均によるHLB値は8.6であった。得られた油性固形クレンジング化粧料について、メイク落ちの良さ、洗い流しやすさ、洗い流し後のさっぱり感、粉体の沈降の状態および色別れの状態を上記の方法により評価した。評価結果は表1に示すとおりである。
(1)表1に示す1〜7の成分を約90℃に加熱し、均一に混合する。
(2)上記(1)で調製した混合液に、8〜13の成分を添加し、90℃で均一に混合する。
(3)上記(2)で調製した混合液を、溶融状態のまま70℃でジャー容器に充填した後、放冷して油性固形クレンジング化粧料とする。

表2に示す処方の油性固形クレンジング化粧料を下記の製造手順に従って調製し、メイク落ちの良さ、洗い流しやすさ、洗い流し後のさっぱり感、粉体の沈降の状態、色別れの状況について上記の方法により評価を行った。評価結果は表2に示すとおりである。
(1)表2に示す1〜6の成分を約90℃に加熱し、均一に混合する。
(2)上記(1)で調製した混合液に、7〜12の成分を添加し、90℃で均一に混合する。
(3)上記(2)で調製した混合液を、溶融状態のまま70℃でジャー容器に充填した後、放冷して油性固形クレンジング化粧料とする。
Claims (6)
- (A)融点が50〜120℃である固形油分を1〜30質量%、(B)液状油分を50〜95質量%、(C)HLB値が5〜13の非イオン性界面活性剤を3〜40質量%、(D)モロッコ溶岩クレイを0.1〜20質量%、および(E)煙霧状シリカを0.1〜10質量%の割合(化粧料全量中の割合)で含有することを特徴とする油性固形クレンジング化粧料。
- 前記モロッコ溶岩クレイが、それ以外の粘土鉱物との組み合わせとして使用される請求項1記載の油性固形クレンジング化粧料
- さらに、(E)成分が比表面積30m2/g以上の煙霧状シリカである請求項1または2記載の油性固形クレンジング化粧料。
- さらに(F)成分として水を0.1〜3質量%含有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の油性固形クレンジング化粧料。
- (A)成分が、炭化水素ワックスである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の油性固形クレンジング化粧料。
- (C)成分が、25℃で液状の非イオン性界面活性剤である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の油性固形クレンジング化粧料。
