Abstract
Description
本実施形態に係る静電噴出装置10は、図1A、図1B及び図2に示すように、液体を収容するカートリッジ100と、該カートリッジ100を挿脱可能な静電噴出本体200とを備えている。また、本実施形態に係る静電噴出装置10は、静電噴出本体200に装着されるキャップ11を更に備えており、使用時にはキャップ11を外し(図1B参照)、使用後にキャップ11を装着するようになっている(図1A参照)。
図1B及び図2を参照してカバー250の説明をする。カバー250は、一方の開口251と他方の開口253を有し、一方の開口251から他方の開口253に向かうにしたがい開口面積が絞られていく筒形状となっている。このため、一方の開口251は他方の開口253よりも広くなっている。カバー250のうち一方の開口251に沿う部分が当接縁部252である。この当接縁部252が、後述するハウジング210の第2の係合段部225に嵌合することにより、カバー250がハウジング210に装着される。後述するカートリッジ100が装着されたハウジング210に、カバー250を装着すると、カートリッジ100のノズル123が、カバー250の他方の開口253を貫通し、ノズル123の噴出孔123aが、カバー250の外側に臨む状態になる。つまり、カバー250は、ハウジング210に装着されていても、カートリッジ100の噴出部120からの液体組成物の噴出を許容するように構成されている。
カートリッジ100は、液体の供給対象となる装置に交換可能に装着される使い捨て容器であり、その使用用途は特に制限されるものではないが、本実施形態では、静電紡糸装置に用いられる静電紡糸装置用カートリッジである。具体的には、図2に示すように、カートリッジ100は、液体を収容可能な液収容袋(液収容部)110と、液収容袋110内の液体を噴出させる噴出部120とを有している。
図3A(a),(b)及び図3B(a),(b)を参照して、噴出部120の装着体121の内部構成を説明する。図3A(a),(b)は、装着体121を分解したときの一方の部材121aの内面を示しており、この部材121aの外面側(図3A(a)の下側の面)に接続体122が配置されている。図3B(a),(b)は、装着体121を分解したときの他方の部材121bの内面を示しており、この部材121bの外面側(図3B(a)の下側の面)にノズル123が配置されている。
図1A、図1B及び図2に示すハウジング210は、使用者が手で握ることができる形状と大きさとなっている。具体的には、ハウジング210は、扁平な形状、すなわち、ノズル軸(ノズル123から液体組成物が噴出される方向に沿う軸)に直交する断面が長軸と短軸を有する形状を有している。また、ハウジング210は、ノズル軸に沿う方向の長さが、例えば、3cm以上11cm以下である。このハウジング210内には、カートリッジ100の液収容袋110を収容可能な収容空間220(図2参照)が形成されると共に、液体組成物を静電チャージ(静電的に帯電)する帯電構造や、装着体121内に備えたポンプを駆動する駆動部等が配置されている。帯電構造や駆動部等の詳細については、後述する。
図4を参照して、ハウジング210内に備えた帯電構造や駆動部等について説明する。ハウジング210には、主電源操作部241と作動操作部242が、ハウジング210の外部から操作しうる状態で取り付けられている。ハウジング210の内部には、電源部243、高電圧発生部244、接触部245、付勢部246及び駆動部247が備えられている。なお、液体組成物が収容される液収容袋(液収容部)の全体を覆うフィールド電極は配置されていない。
(1)カートリッジ100の液収容袋110が、ハウジング210の挿入孔223を介して収容空間220に挿入されてきたとき。このときには、接触部245は、挿入されてきた液収容袋110により付勢方向とは逆向きに押されるため、液収容袋110との接触を保ちつつ、後退移動する。
(2)カートリッジ100の液収容袋110が、ハウジング210の収容空間220の規定位置に収容されたとき。このときには、接触部245は、液収容袋110の周縁部又は可撓領域(中央の広い面部分)に接触する。
(3)接触部245が液収容袋110の可撓領域(中央の広い面部分)に接触する場合には、液体組成物が使用されてきて、カートリッジ100の液収容袋110が、外側に膨らんだ膨満状態から次第に膨らみ量が減ってきて平面状になっていくとき。このときには、接触部245は、液収容袋110の変形に応じて付勢方向に前進移動していき、液収容袋110との接触を保つ。
(a)カートリッジ100の液収容袋110が、挿入孔223を介して収容空間220に収容され、カートリッジ100が、ハウジング210の規定位置に正確に装着されている。
(b)上記(a)により、接触部245が導電性の液収容袋110に接触している。
(c)カバー250がハウジング210に装着されている(図1B参照)。
図2を参照して防電壁230について説明する。防電壁230は、ハウジング210と共に絶縁性の樹脂により一体的に形成されており、ハウジング210の着脱面222に立設されている。この防電壁230は、着脱面222のうち、挿入孔223と周縁221との間の位置に配置されており、周縁221に沿って延びている。より具体的に説明すると、挿入孔223と、周縁221のうち挿入孔223に近い部分との間の位置に防電壁230が配置されている。本実施形態では、ちょうど、挿入孔223と周縁221とを仕切る位置に、防電壁230が配置されている。

請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の静電噴出装置。 - 前記液収容部は、収容している液体組成物の量の減少に応じて変形可能な可撓領域を有しており、
前記付勢部は、前記接触部を前記可撓領域に対して付勢するよう構成されている
請求項4に記載の静電噴出装置。 - 前記液収容部は、複数のシート体を重ね、周縁部を接合して形成した袋状の液収容袋である
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の静電噴出装置。 - 前記各シート体は、袋状とされた際の内面を形成する内層と、外面を形成する外層と、内層と外層との間に配された導電層とを備える積層体からなる
