Claims (9)
- 板状で形成され、相互対面する形態で離隔して内部に冷却流路を形成する上部冷却プレートと下部冷却プレート、
前記上部冷却プレートの外周部と前記下部冷却プレートの外周部を囲む形態で形成され、上部と下部にバッテリーセルを載置するように構成されたメインフレーム、及び
前記冷却流路に配置され、上部及び下部の少なくとも一方向に突設された1つ以上の支持リブを備えて上部冷却プレートと前記下部冷却プレートを支持する支持部
を含み、
前記支持部は、前記冷却流路の流れ方向に長く延びたバー状で形成され、前記1つ以上の支持リブが上部面と下部面から突設された支持バーをさらに備え、
前記支持リブは、前記冷却流路の流れ方向に複数備えられ、
複数の支持リブは、上部面と下部面との間の上下長さが相異なるように形成されており、
前記複数の支持リブは、前記冷却流路の流れ方向で前記冷却流路の前端部、中央部及び後端部のうち1つ以上に形成され、
前記前端部に形成された支持リブの上部面と下部面との間の上下長さは、前記中央部に形成された支持リブの上部面と下部面との間の上下長さよりも長く形成されており、
前記中央部に形成された支持リブの上部面と下部面との間の上下長さは、前記後端部に形成された支持リブの上部面と下部面との間の上下長さより長く形成された、バッテリーセル用カートリッジ。 - 前記1つ以上の支持リブは、上部面と下部面との間の上下長さが前記上部冷却プレートと前記下部冷却プレートとの間の離隔距離のうち最小離隔距離以上に形成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル用カートリッジ。
- 前記複数の支持リブのうち1つの支持リブは、前記冷却流路の流れ方向で前記冷却流路の中央部に形成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル用カートリッジ。
- 前記支持リブは、前記上部冷却プレートを支持する上部面と前記下部冷却プレートを支持する下部面に突出した形態の結合突起が形成され、
前記上部冷却プレートと前記下部冷却プレートは、それぞれ内側面に前記結合突起が挿入結合されるように凹んだ形態の結合溝が形成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル用カートリッジ。 - 前記上部冷却プレートと前記下部冷却プレートは、前記1つ以上の支持リブの上部面と下部面との間の上下長さに対応して傾いて形成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル用カートリッジ。
- 前記上部冷却プレートは、上部面が1つのバッテリーセルと対面接触するように構成され、
前記下部冷却プレートは、下部面が他の1つのバッテリーセルと対面接触するように構成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーセル用カートリッジ。 - 請求項1〜請求項6のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーセル用カートリッジを含むバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1〜請求項6のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーセル用カートリッジを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1〜請求項6のうちいずれか1項に記載のバッテリーセル用カートリッジを含む自動車。
