Such an
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 4, the

In addition, the color tone of the concealing layer is usually black or dark gray with low lightness achromatic color, but in addition to this, low lightness chromatic colors such as brown, dark blue, dark green, dark purple, and enji color may be used. ..

The
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 6, in this embodiment, the
The
In the present embodiment, the

It is preferable that the
This means for configuring the cross-sectional area as is not particularly limited, for example, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the line width W R of the
The form of the heat-generating

While satisfying the above range, it is preferable to configure the other parts as follows. Reference numerals are given to FIG. 7 for explanation.

At this time, as can be seen from FIG. 3, the first

Next, the laminate is etched (corroded) with a corrosive liquid from above the resist pattern layer 80', and the resist pattern layer 80'metal foil 22'is corroded and removed as shown in FIG. 8 (d). Then, the resist pattern layer is dissolved and removed (defilmed). Thus, a laminated member in which a

Through the above steps, the energized
According to the method for manufacturing the energized
