Claims (12)
- ターボチャージャのための吸気システム(10)であって、
圧縮される給気を吸い込むための吸気消音器(12)と、
圧縮される給気を前記吸気消音器(12)から前記ターボチャージャの圧縮機(11)の方向で案内するための吸気管(13)と、
を有し、
当該吸気システム(10)が、組み込み可能なユニットとして形成されており、
前記吸気消音器(12)及び/または前記吸気管(13)が、前記圧縮機に欠陥が生じた場合に、前記圧縮機の破片から運動エネルギーを取り除き、これにより、封込保護を形成し、前記吸気消音器(12)が、所定の破断点(34)を有する後壁(31)と、変形可能な前壁(30)とを備えることを特徴とする吸気システム。 - 前記吸気消音器(12)が、プレートまたはリブ(32)を備え、
前記プレートまたはリブが、一方では、圧縮される給気の流動を案内するように、他方では、前記圧縮機に欠陥が生じた場合に前記圧縮機の破片から運動エネルギーを取り除くように、機能することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸気システム。 - プレートまたはリブが、前壁(30)と後壁(31)との間に位置することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の吸気システム。
- 前記吸気管(13)が、少なくとも1つの吸収素子(18、25、26)を備え、
前記吸収素子が、一方では、圧縮される給気の流動を案内するように、他方では、前記圧縮機に欠陥が生じた場合に前記圧縮機の破片から運動エネルギーを取り除くように、機能することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の吸気システム。 - 前記吸収素子(25)が、切頭円錐状の外面を有し、外側から前記吸気管の壁(24)を囲み、
切頭円錐状の前記外面が、前記吸気管(13)を圧縮機筐体に接続するように機能するフランジ(22)の方向でテーパ状とされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の吸気システム。 - 前記吸収素子(26)が、ハニカムコア(27)を有する環状構造体として形成されており、
前記吸収素子が、前記吸気管(13)内に突出する第1部分と、前記圧縮機内に突出する第2部分と、を有することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の吸気システム。 - 前記ハニカムコア(27)を有する前記環状構造体が、前記第1部分を用いて、外面が切頭円錐状の前記吸収素子(25)に続いていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の吸気システム。
- 前記吸収素子(18)が、前記吸気管(13)の蛇腹状部分として形成されており、前記吸気管が、第1端部が前記吸気管の筒状部分に続き、第2部分が前記圧縮機に続いていることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか1項に記載の吸気システム。
- 前記蛇腹状部分(18)が、少なくとも1つの円周溝(23)及び/または複数のポケット状凹所によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の吸気システム。
- 前記吸気管(13)が、当該吸気システムを前記圧縮機に接続するためのフランジ(22)を備え、
前記フランジ(22)には、所定の破断点が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の吸気システム。 - 前記吸気管(13)の外側に包囲体(37)が設けられ、かつ、該包囲体(37)と前記吸気管(13)との間に絶縁材料(38)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の吸気システム。
- 圧縮される給気を吸い込むための吸気システム(10)と、
排気ガスを膨張させるための、及び、エネルギーを抽出するための、タービンと、
前記タービンで抽出したエネルギーを用いて給気を圧縮するための圧縮機(11)と、
を備え、
前記タービンが、複数部品のタービン筐体と、前記タービン筐体内に位置付けられたタービンロータと、を備え、
前記圧縮機(11)が、複数部品の圧縮機筐体と、前記圧縮機筐体内に位置付けられて 前記タービンロータに連結された圧縮機ロータ(16)と、を備え、
前記吸気システム(10)が、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の吸気システムであることを特徴とするターボチャージャ。
