Description
以下、本発明の一実施形態に係る半割軸受10について図を参照しながら説明する。図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る半割軸受10の平面図であり、図2は、図1のA−A線断面図である。また、図3は、図1のB−B線断面図である。図面においては、半割軸受10の外周面の中心(中心軸)を原点とし、半割軸受10の合せ面の内周面側の端と原点とを結ぶ線を始線とし、すべり軸受が支持する軸の中心軸(内周面の軸方向)の方向をz軸とする極座標を用いて説明する。なお、座標系において、図2の紙面手前側から奥側に向かい、z成分が増加する方向を+z方向とし、反対にz成分が減少する方向を−z方向と定義する。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されることなく、他の様々な形態で実施可能である。例えば、上述の実施形態を以下のように変形して本発明を実施してもよい。なお、上述した実施形態および以下の変形例は、各々を組み合わせてもよい。

Claims (4)
- 半円筒形状であって軸が摺動する内周面を有する半割軸受であって、
前記内周面に形成されたクラッシリリーフと、
前記内周面の軸方向の中央位置より第1縁側において前記内周面の周方向に沿って形成された第1溝と
前記内周面の前記軸方向の前記中央位置より第2縁側において前記内周面の前記周方向に沿って形成された第2溝と、
前記内周面において前記第1溝の前記第1縁側に隣接して形成された、当該第1溝よりも浅い第1凹部と、
前記内周面において前記第2溝の前記第2縁側に隣接して形成された、当該第2溝よりも浅い第2凹部と
を備え、
前記第1溝及び前記第2溝の前記周方向の端であって前記軸の回転方向下流側の端が、いずれも前記クラッシリリーフから離れた位置に形成され、
前記軸の回転方向下流側にある合せ面の前記内周面側の端と外周面の中心軸とを結ぶ線と、前記第1溝及び前記第2溝の前記周方向の端であって前記軸の回転方向上流側の端と前記中心軸とを結ぶ線とのなす角度θがいずれも30°≦θ≦60°の範囲内である
