Claims (7)
- 内部にキャビティを有するシリンダ(2)と、ピストン(3)及びピストンロッド(4)を有する往復移動可能機構と、前記機構を往復運動で動かすように構成された駆動手段とを備える往復動圧縮機であって、
前記ピストン(3)は、前記キャビティをそれぞれヘッド端チャンバ及びクランク端チャンバと呼ばれる第1及び第2のチャンバに分割し、前記第1及び第2のチャンバの各々は、それぞれの吸入バルブシステム(5、6)及び吐出バルブシステム(7、8)を介して吸入ダクト(9)及び吐出ダクト(10)に接続され、前記吸入バルブシステム及び吐出バルブシステム(5〜8)の各々は、バルブチャンバ(11)を定めるハウジングと、前記第1又は第2のチャンバが前記バルブチャンバから流体的に分離される第1の閉鎖位置と、前記第1又は第2のチャンバがそれぞれのバルブチャンバと流体連通する第2の開放位置との間で移動可能なバルブ本体(12)とを備え、
前記圧縮機(1)は、容積部を定める容器(13)をさらに備え、前記容積部は、導管(14)によって、それぞれの吐出バルブシステム(7及び8)の少なくとも1つのバルブチャンバ(11)と流体接続しており、
前記吐出バルブチャンバ(11)を前記容器(13)内で前記容積部に接続する前記導管(14)は、一端が前記吐出バルブチャンバ(11)内に延び、他端が前記容器(13)内に延びる真っ直ぐな管体の形態で作られている、
ことを特徴とする往復動圧縮機。 - 前記容器(13)は、大気中へのすべての高圧ガスの全ての漏出を制限するようにシールハウジング(15)を備えている、
請求項1に記載の往復動圧縮機。 - 前記容器(13)は、ハウジング(15)を備え、前記容器ハウジング(15)は、それぞれのバルブハウジングに取り付けられている、
請求項1に記載の往復動圧縮機。 - 前記容器(13)のシール面と、前記容器(13)が取り付けられる前記バルブハウジングのシール面との間にシール手段を備えている、
請求項3に記載の往復動圧縮機。 - 前記シリンダ(2)は、2つの吐出バルブシステム(7、8)を提示し、前記吐出バルブシステム(7、8)の各々の前記バルブチャンバ(11)は、前述容器(13)に結合されている、
請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の往復動圧縮機。 - 前記吐出バルブシステム(7、8)の両方は、前記シリンダ(2)の同じ側に配置される、
請求項5に記載の往復動圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮機(1)は、各々がそれぞれの前記ピストン(3)及び前記駆動手段に連結される2つのピストンロッド(4)を備えている、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の往復動圧縮機。
