Description
閉じた第1の端部と、対向する第2の端部とを有する管状体を備えるレシーバであって、該管状体が可変形壁を有する、レシーバと、
管状体内に入れられた接着剤組成物と、
管状体上に実装され、かつ上記接着剤を塗布するための塗布器具の外側の塗布器具表面を有する発泡材料を備える塗布器具先端部と、
を備える接着剤塗布器具であって、該塗布器具が、管状体の変形により、塗布器具先端部を通じて上記接着剤を圧出させるようなものであり、発泡材料が網状フォームフェルトである、接着剤塗布器具が提供される。
Claims (16)
- 閉じた第1の端部と、対向する第2の端部とを有する管状体を備えるレシーバであって、該管状体が可変形壁を有する、レシーバと、
前記管状体内に入れられた接着剤組成物と、
前記管状体上に実装され、かつ前記接着剤を塗布するための塗布器具の外側の塗布器具表面を有する発泡材料を備える塗布器具先端部と、
を備える接着剤塗布器具であって、該塗布器具が、管状体の変形により、塗布器具先端部を通じて前記接着剤を圧出させるようなものであり、
前記発泡材料が網状フォームフェルトであり、前記第2の端部が開放端であり、
前記塗布器具先端部が、前記管状体の開放端上に実装され、前記管状体から離れておりかつ該管状体の長軸に対して傾斜した透かしが施された端面を有する中空芯を備え、前記透かしが施された端面が前記管状体と前記網状フォームフェルトとの間に位置づけられる網として構成され、
前記網状フォームフェルトが前記中空芯の前記端面上に支持される接着剤塗布器具。 - 前記網状フォームフェルト材料がポリウレタンから構成される、請求項1に記載の塗布器具。
- 前記フォームフェルト材料が約2〜4の硬度を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の塗布器具。
- 前記フォームフェルト材料が約3の硬度を有する、請求項3に記載の塗布器具。
- 前記接着剤組成物が、脆弱な材料でできている密閉アンプル内に入れられているため、使用時において、前記壁の変形により該アンプルが破損して、該アンプル内に入っている前記接着剤組成物が放出し、該接着剤組成物が前記塗布器具先端部を通じて圧出する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の塗布器具。
- 前記網が、0.5mmより大きな寸法を有する破片が該網を通過することを妨げる開口を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の塗布器具。
- 前記芯が、互いに対向するとともに前記管状体から種々の長さで延在する第1及び第2の平らな側面を有し、互いに対向する第3及び第4の平らな側面を更に備え、前記フォームフェルト材料が、前記端面上の前記第1及び第2の側面上に少なくとも部分的に位置する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の塗布器具。
- 前記第1、第2、第3及び第4の平らな側面が接着剤に対して不透過性である、請求項7に記載の塗布器具。
- 前記芯の基部の周りに位置づけられるとともに、2つの対向する突起部が該基部から突出している環によって、前記網状フォームフェルトが適所に保持され、該突起部がそれぞれ、芯体の前記第3及び第4の平らな側面の各々の上に位置づけられるように構成され、前記第3及び第4の平らな側面及び前記突起部が、前記環を適所に配するような連携する構造部を有する、請求項7又は8に記載の塗布器具。
- 前記第3及び第4の側面それぞれに、前記管状体の軸の横方向に延在する稜線部により形成される隆起した構造部が設けられ、前記突起部はそれぞれ、その内面に該隆起した構造部と相補的な凹みを伴って形成され、また前記稜線部と相補的な溝を伴って形成される、請求項9に記載の塗布器具。
- 前記管状体の前記第2の端部にプラグを配して前記接着剤組成物を内部に保有し、また、前記管状体の変形時に該プラグを前記第1の端部から離れるように移動可能なものとして、接着剤を該管状体から放出させて前記塗布器具先端部を通じて圧出させる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の塗布器具。
- 前記管状体に対して180度反対に位置する一対の翼部を更に備え、各翼部の一端は前記レシーバに固定され、もう一方の端部は管状壁から外に広がっているものの、使用者が該一対の広がった端部に、向かい合う圧力を指で加えると、前記管状壁方向に動かすことができ、
前記翼部がそれぞれ、前記管状壁に対して向き合うとともにその上に担持される加圧尖頭部を有し、これらの翼部を動かすことで、該加圧尖頭部を通じてアンプルを破損させる力が前記管状壁に印加され得る、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の塗布器具。 - 前記翼部のそれぞれが、前記管状壁に対して向き合う圧力パッドを付加的に備え、該圧力パッドを通じて圧迫力が前記管状壁に印加されることで、前記管状体の前記第2の端部を通って接着剤が圧出し得る、請求項12に記載の塗布器具。
- 前記接着剤組成物の単量体形が、下記式:
- 前記重合性シアノアクリレートエステルが1−メチルヘプチルシアノアクリレートである、請求項14に記載の塗布器具。
- 前記接着剤組成物が、促進剤、レオロジー改質剤及び抗菌剤の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項14又は15に記載の塗布器具。
