Description
Claims (11)
- 流体入口と流体出口とを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたピントルと、
前記ピントルを移動させるように該ピントルに動作可能に連結されたアクチュエータと、を有し、前記ピントルは、前記流体出口と、前記アクチュエータの近傍で前記ピントルと前記ハウジングとの間に位置する圧力平衡容積と、を流体的に連通させる通路を含み、さらに、
前記アクチュエータと電気的に接続されたコントローラと、
前記ピントルと前記ハウジングとの間に確定された前記流体入口から前記流体出口への可変流路面積と、を有し、
前記アクチュエータは、圧電アクチュエータであり、
前記コントローラは、前記アクチュエータを介して、前記流体入口における瞬間入口圧力と、前記流体出口における瞬間出口圧力と、の圧力比に応じて流れを調節するように、前記ピントルを移動させるように構成されており、
前記可変流路面積は、前記ピントルの直線位置に対して直線的に変化することを特徴とするバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記ピントルは、シャンク部と、該シャンク部の第1の軸方向端部における拡大ヘッド部と、該シャンク部の反対側の第2の軸方向端部における拡大基部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記ピントルは、後退面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記通路は、直線状の中央通路であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記ピントルの移動方向に対して、前記流体入口は径方向の入口であり、前記流体出口は軸方向の出口であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記コントローラは、前記アクチュエータを介して、前記流体入口における瞬間入口圧力と、前記流体出口における瞬間出口圧力と、の圧力比の変化に応じて、前記ピントルを動的に移動させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリの制御方法であって、
前記コントローラへの電子フィードバック信号に基づいて前記ピントルの直線位置を制御することを含み、前記電子フィードバック信号は、前記流体入口における瞬間入口圧力と、前記流体出口における瞬間出口圧力と、の圧力比を示す、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記制御は、前記流体入口における瞬間入口圧力と、前記流体出口における瞬間出口圧力と、の圧力比の変化に応じて前記ピントルの直線位置を動的に変更することを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 流体入口と流体出口とを有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたピントルと、
アクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータと電気的に接続されたコントローラと、
前記ピントルと前記ハウジングとの間に確定された前記流体入口から前記流体出口への可変流路面積と、を有し、前記アクチュエータは、前記ハウジングに対する前記ピントルの位置を変更することにより、前記可変流路面積を変更するように動作可能であり、
前記アクチュエータは、圧電アクチュエータであり、
前記可変流路面積は、前記ピントルの直線位置に対して直線的に変化し、
前記ピントルは、シャンク部と、該シャンク部の第1の軸方向端部における拡大ヘッド部と、該シャンク部の反対側の第2の軸方向端部における拡大基部と、を含み、
前記ピントルの移動方向に対して、前記流体入口は径方向の入口であり、前記流体出口は軸方向の出口であり、
前記コントローラは、前記アクチュエータを介して、前記流体入口における瞬間入口圧力と、前記流体出口における瞬間出口圧力と、の圧力比の変化に応じて流れを調節するように、前記ピントルを動的に移動させるように構成されていることを特徴とするバルブアセンブリ。 - 前記アクチュエータは、前記ハウジングと連結されており、前記ピントルに対して前記ハウジングを移動させるように動作可能であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記ピントルは、前記可変流路面積を確定する後退面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
