Claims (1)
- 内部に高圧室及び低圧室を有する筐体に設けられた流量制御弁で、高圧室から低圧室に向かう流量を制御する流量制御装置であって、前記高圧室と連通する流入口及び前記低圧室と連通する流出口を側壁に形成したボディ、前記ボディ内に摺動可能に嵌装してなり高圧室側の圧力の上昇に伴い前記流入口の開度を減少させる方向に変位するスプール、及びこれらボディとスプールとの間に設けられ前記スプールを軸心方向かつ前記流入口の開度を増加させる方向に付勢する付勢手段を有し前記筐体に設けた制御弁挿通孔内に配してなる流量制御弁と、前記制御弁挿通孔とは異なる筐体の外縁側の位置に設けられ前記高圧室及び低圧室を連通するとともに筐体外部から開度を変更可能なオリフィスを有するバイパス通路とを具備することを特徴とする流量制御装置。
