Claims (9)
- 電子素子を支持するための支持装置において、
その内方におけるキャビティと、前記キャビティと連通する少なくとも1つの吸気孔と、を有するトレイと、
前記キャビティへ凹むように前記トレイに配置され、各々が対応する1つの前記電子素子の少なくとも一部を収納するように配置される複数の凹み構造と、を備え、
前記複数の凹み構造の各々は、前記キャビティと連通する排気孔を有する支持表面と、対応する1つの前記凹み構造の前記支持表面に配置される複数の第1のスペーサーと、を含み、
対応する1つの前記電子素子が前記第1のスペーサーに支持される場合、如何なる隣り合う2つの第1のスペーサーと対応する1つの前記電子素子とは、第1の流路を形成し、
前記排気孔の前記キャビティに隣接する一部は第1の孔径を有し、前記排気孔の前記支持表面に隣接する一部は前記第1の孔径より小さい第2の孔径を有するものであることを特徴とする支持装置。 - 前記第1のスペーサーは、前記排気孔に対して放射状に配置される請求項1に記載の支持装置。
- 前記複数の凹み構造の各々は、前記支持表面に接続された側壁を更に有し、且つ前記側壁に配置された複数の第2のスペーサーを含み、前記複数の第2のスペーサーの各々は、対応する1つの前記第1のスペーサーに接続され、且つ対応する1つの前記電子素子に当接されるように配置され、如何なる隣り合う2つの前記第2のスペーサーと対応する1つの前記電子素子とは、前記第1の流路と連通する第2の流路を形成する請求項1又は2に記載の支持装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記凹み構造は、一方向に沿って前記キャビティへ凹み、且つ少なくとも1つの前記凹み構造における前記第2のスペーサーは前記方向に沿って延伸する請求項3に記載の支持装置。
- 少なくとも1つの前記凹み構造は、一方向に沿って前記キャビティへ凹み、且つ少なくとも1つの前記凹み構造における前記第2のスペーサーは前記方向に対して螺旋状に延伸する請求項3に記載の支持装置。
- 前記トレイは、前記キャビティを形成するように順に接続される支持板、接続板及び底板を更に有し、且つ前記凹み構造は、前記底板へ凹むように、前記支持板に配置される請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の支持装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの吸気孔は、前記接続板に位置する請求項6に記載の支持装置。
- 前記吸気孔に接続され、前記キャビティにおいて高い静圧力になる気体を前記キャビティに供給するように配置される気体供給モジュールを更に備える請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の支持装置。
- 前記吸気孔と前記気体供給モジュールとの間に接続され、前記気体の温度を調整するように配置されるサーモスタットモジュールを更に備える請求項8に記載の支持装置。
