Description

a)第1平坦側面および第2平坦側面を含む真空断熱体を提供すること、ここでコア材料は、気密性膜によって囲まれる、および
b)永続的な結合が断熱体とラミネーション層との間に提供されるように、断熱体を覆うラミネーション層を積層すること。
Knauf Spezialgrund:アクリル共重合体、粉末石灰石、および添加物で作られる水性分散

Claims (12)
- 気密性膜(16)によって囲まれる、コア材料(13)を有する真空断熱体(12)を含む多層層状体であって、ここで断熱体(12)は、第1平坦側面(14)、および、第1側面に対向して配置される第2平坦側面(15)を有し、
ここで
ラミネーション層(17)が、少なくとも1つの平坦側面(14、15)に接して積層され、ここで積層されたラミネーション層(17)は、被覆プラスターボード(18)の外部の部品であり、被覆プラスターボード(18)が断熱体(12)に接して積層され、および、真空断熱体(12)および被覆プラスターボード(18)を含む層状体(11)が提供され、ここで被覆プラスターボード(18)は、互いから離間して配置される2つのラミネーション層(17、21)、すなわち、断熱体(12)に面しているラミネーション層(17)および断熱体(12)に面していないラミネーション層(21)、ならびに、間に配置されるプラスターコア(22)を含み、
ここで断熱体(12)に適用されるプライマー層(19)が、断熱体(12)とラミネーション層(17)との間に配置され、前記プライマー層が、粉末石灰石を備えたアクリル共重合体の分散に基づく、前記多層層状体。 - 層状体がパネルとして形成される、請求項1に記載の多層層状体。
- ラミネーション層(17)が、接着剤層(20)によって断熱体(12)に永続的に取り付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の多層層状体。
- 断熱体(12)の厚さが、5mm以上100mm以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多層層状体。
- 積層された被覆プラスターボード(18)の厚さが、5mm以上25mm以下、および/または、プラスターコア(22)の密度が、450kg/m3以上800kg/m3以下、および/または、プラスターコア(22)が、被覆プラスターボード(18)の平面的な延伸に横断して均質または多層として形成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多層層状体。
- 被覆プラスターボード(18)および/または断熱体(12)が、くさび形の基本形状を有し、第1端(23)から第2端(24)へ連続的に減少する厚さを有するくさび形の層状体(11)が提供される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の多層層状体。
- ラミネーション層(17)が、厚紙層によって形成され、および、80g/m2以上220g/m2以下の坪量を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の多層層状体。
- 以下のステップを含む多層層状体を生成する方法:
a)第1平坦側面(14)および第2平坦側面(15)を含む真空断熱体(12)を提供すること、ここでコア材料(13)は、気密性膜(16)によって囲まれる、および
b)固い結合が断熱体(12)とラミネーション層(17)、ここで積層されたラミネーション層(17)は、被覆プラスターボード(18)の外部の部品であり、被覆プラスターボード(18)が断熱体(12)に接して積層され、および、真空断熱体(12)および被覆プラスターボード(18)を含む層状体(11)が提供され、ここで被覆プラスターボード(18)は、互いから離間して配置される2つのラミネーション層(17、21)、すなわち、断熱体(12)に面しているラミネーション層(17)および断熱体(12)に面していないラミネーション層(21)、ならびに、間に配置されるプラスターコア(22)を含み、ここで断熱体(12)に適用されるプライマー層(19)が、断熱体(12)とラミネーション層(17)との間に配置され、前記プライマー層が、粉末石灰石を備えたアクリル共重合体の分散に基づく、との間に提供されるように、断熱体(12)と重ねてラミネーション層(17)を積層すること。 - 被覆プラスターボード(18)の外部の部品を形成するラミネーション層(17)が、ラミネーション層(17)に接して積層され、被覆プラスターボード(18)が断熱体(12)に接して積層され、ならびに、真空断熱体(12)および被覆プラスターボード(18)を含む層状体が提供される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 断熱体(12)に接するラミネーション層(17)の積層の前に、接着剤が、断熱体(12)および/またはラミネーション層(17)へ適用される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ラミネーション層(17)が厚紙層または不織布層または石膏繊維層によって形成される、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多層層状体の使用であって、
− 窓もしくはドアの下面を隔離するための、または
− 外壁−内壁アタッチメントを隔離するための、または
− 階−天井アタッチメントを隔離するための、前記使用。
