Description
、コンタミネーションが特に忌避される薬剤のような微粒粉の気力輸送においては、気体の流れから大きく外れた粉体の流れは生じにくい。また、気体の流れから大きく外れる粉体は概して大粒径であり、微粒粉を管内に堆積せしめる固気混相流と管壁との間の摩擦によって生ずる静電気による吸着力とは無縁のこのような大粒径の固体粒子の堆積によるコンタミネーションの問題は、例えば、製剤のような分野において要求される水準に比べれば問題となりにくい。よって、本検証では、気力輸送される固体粒子も気体と同じ流れを辿るという前提で考察を行う。
の性状や品質に及ぼす影響の可及的な除去が望まれる設備に好適である。
Claims (6)
- 曲管で形成される部位を有し、気力輸送される粉体が通過する輸送経路と、
前記曲管の内周面に形成された開口から前記輸送経路へ気体を吹き込む吹込経路と、を備え、
前記輸送経路は、90度の曲管で形成されており、
前記吹込経路は、前記曲管の断面を形成する円の接線方向に気体を吹き込むことにより、前記開口から前記輸送経路へ吹き込まれた気体が前記曲管の内周面に沿った旋回流となる方向へ前記気体を吹き込む経路であり、前記曲管の30度から60度までの間の何れかの部位にある前記開口から前記輸送経路へ気体を吹き込む、
粉体輸送用の配管。 - 前記吹込経路は、前記曲管の断面を形成する円の接線沿いに気体を吹き込む、
請求項1に記載の粉体輸送用の配管。 - 前記吹込経路は、前記曲管の外周側から前記曲管の曲率半径の中心点へ向けて気体を吹き込む、
請求項1または2に記載の粉体輸送用の配管。 - 前記吹込経路は、前記曲管の45度の部位にある前記開口から前記輸送経路へ気体を吹き込む、
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の粉体輸送用の配管。 - 前記輸送経路は、前記曲管で形成される部位を複数有し、
前記吹込経路は、複数ある前記曲管の内周面の各開口から時間差で前記輸送経路へ気体を吹き込む、
請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の粉体輸送用の配管。 - 90度の曲管で形成される部位を有する輸送経路を用いて粉体を気力輸送するステップと、
前記曲管の内周面に形成された開口から、前記曲管の断面を形成する円の接線方向に気体を吹き込むことにより、前記輸送経路へ吹き込まれた気体が前記曲管の内周面に沿った
旋回流となる方向へ前記気体を吹き込むステップであって、前記曲管の30度から60度までの間の何れかの部位にある前記開口から前記輸送経路へ気体を吹き込むステップと、を有する、
