Claims (9)
- 第1カラーを有する第1成形材料および第2カラーを有する第2成形材料を溶融するよう構成された溶融ノズルと、
フィラメント押出期間において、前記第1成形材料および前記第2成形材料を前記溶融ノズルに供給するよう構成された供給モジュールと、
を含む印刷モジュールと、
前記印刷モジュールに結合され、前記印刷モジュールのフィラメント押出停止期間において、前記第1成形材料の第1供給比に基づいて第1引き戻し量を決定し、前記第2成形材料の第2供給比に基づいて第2引き戻し量を決定するとともに、前記フィラメント押出停止期間において、前記溶融ノズルから離れる方向に沿って、前記第1引き戻し量に基づいて前記第1成形材料を引き戻すよう前記供給モジュールを制御し、前記フィラメント押出停止期間において、前記溶融ノズルから離れる方向に沿って、前記第2引き戻し量に基づいて前記第2成形材料を引き戻すよう前記供給モジュールを制御するよう構成されたコントローラと、
を含み、
前記第1供給比と前記第2供給比の比率が所定の比率を満たし、
前記第1供給比は、前記第1成形材料の供給量対前記溶融ノズルの供給量全体の比率であり、前記第2供給比は、前記第2成形材料の供給量対前記溶融ノズルの供給量全体の比率である3D印刷装置。 - 前記溶融ノズルが、前記第1成形材料と前記第2成形材料を混合することによって生成された第3成形材料を押し出すため、前記第3成形材料がプラットフォームの上で硬化されて3D物体を形成し、前記第3成形材料が、第3カラーを有し、前記第3カラーが、前記第1供給比および前記第2供給比に基づいて決定される請求項1に記載の3D印刷装置。
- 前記供給モジュールが、第1供給ローラおよび第2供給ローラを含み、前記供給モジュールが、前記第1供給ローラおよび前記第2供給ローラを駆動することにより、前記第1成形材料および前記第2成形材料を前記溶融ノズルに供給し、前記供給モジュールが、前記第1供給ローラおよび前記第2供給ローラを第2方向に向かって駆動することにより、前記溶融ノズルから離れる方向に沿って前記第1成形材料および前記第2成形材料を引き戻す請求項1または2に記載の3D印刷装置。
- 前記コントローラが、前記第1供給比に基づいて前記第1供給ローラの回転速度を制御し、前記第2供給比に基づいて前記第2供給ローラの回転速度を制御する請求項3に記載の3D印刷装置。
- 前記第1供給比が前記第2供給比と同じ場合、前記第1引き戻し量が前記第2引き戻し量と同じであり、前記第1供給比が前記第2供給比と異なる場合、前記第1引き戻し量が前記第2引き戻し量と異なる請求項1、2、または3に記載の3D印刷装置。
- 前記コントローラが、内挿法および第1参照範囲を使用することにより、前記第1供給比に基づいて前記第1引き戻し量を計算し、前記コントローラが、前記内挿法および前記第1参照範囲を使用することにより、前記第2供給比に基づいて前記第2引き戻し量を計算し、前記第1参照範囲が、0と第1参照値の間である請求項5に記載の3D印刷装置。
- 前記第1供給比が0%である場合、前記第1引き戻し量が前記第1参照範囲内の0であり、前記第1供給比が100%である場合、前記第1引き戻し量が前記第1参照範囲内の前記第1参照値である請求項6に記載の3D印刷装置。
- 前記コントローラが、第1参照値および第2参照値に基づいて、第2参照範囲および第3参照範囲を取得し、前記第2参照範囲が、0と前記第2参照値の間であり、前記第3参照範囲が、前記第2参照値と前記第1参照値の間であり、前記第1参照値が、前記第2参照値よりも大きく、
前記第1供給比が前記第2供給比と同じ場合、前記コントローラが、前記第1引き戻し量および前記第2引き戻し量を前記第2参照値に直接設定し、
前記第1供給比が前記第2供給比と異なる場合、前記コントローラが、内挿法と前記第2参照範囲および前記第3参照範囲のうちの1つを使用することにより、前記第1供給比に基づいて前記第1引き戻し量を計算し、前記内挿法と前記第2参照範囲および前記第3参照範囲のうちの別の1つを使用することにより、前記第2供給比に基づいて前記第2引き戻し量を計算する請求項5に記載の3D印刷装置。 - 前記第1供給比が0%である場合、前記第1引き戻し量が、前記第2参照範囲内の0であり、前記第1供給比が50%である場合、前記第1引き戻し量が、前記第2参照範囲と前記第3参照範囲を区別するために使用される前記第2参照値であり、前記第1供給比が100%である場合、前記第1引き戻し量が、前記第3参照範囲内の前記第1参照値である請求項8に記載の3D印刷装置。
