Description
Claims (5)
- 熱溶解積層法で立体物を造形する立体物造形装置であって、
造形の材料として用いられる樹脂である材料樹脂をそれぞれ供給する複数の材料樹脂供給部と、
前記複数の材料樹脂供給部から供給される前記材料樹脂を混合した樹脂である混合樹脂を吐出する混合樹脂吐出部と、
前記複数の材料樹脂供給部のそれぞれから前記混合樹脂吐出部へ供給する前記材料樹脂の量を制御する樹脂供給制御部と
を備え、
前記複数の材料樹脂供給部は、それぞれ異なる色の前記材料樹脂を前記混合樹脂吐出部へ供給し、
前記樹脂供給制御部は、前記複数の材料樹脂供給部のそれぞれから前記混合樹脂吐出部へ供給する前記材料樹脂の量を制御することにより、前記混合樹脂吐出部が吐出する前記混合樹脂の色を調整し、
前記複数の材料樹脂供給部のそれぞれとして、ホワイト色、イエロー色、マゼンタ色、シアン色、ブラック色、及びクリア色の各色の前記材料樹脂を供給する前記材料樹脂供給部を備え、
前記立体物の少なくとも一部について、イエロー色、マゼンタ色、シアン色、及びブラック色のうちの少なくともいずれかの色の前記材料樹脂と、ホワイト色及びクリア色のうちの少なくともいずれかの色の前記材料樹脂とを用いて造形し、
前記複数の材料樹脂供給部は、前記材料樹脂を前記混合樹脂吐出部へ向けてローラにより押し出す樹脂押出器をそれぞれ有し、
前記樹脂供給制御部は、前記複数の材料樹脂供給部のそれぞれにおける前記樹脂押出器の前記ローラの回転数を制御することにより、前記混合樹脂吐出部からの前記混合樹脂の吐出量が一定になるように、前記複数の材料樹脂供給部のそれぞれから前記混合樹脂吐出部へ供給する前記材料樹脂の量を制御し、かつ、前記混合樹脂の色を示す色情報に基づき、前記複数の材料樹脂供給部のそれぞれから前記混合樹脂吐出部へ供給する前記材料樹脂の量を制御し、
前記ホワイト色の材料樹脂について、前記立体物において着色を行わない箇所の造形、又は前記立体物の内部を構成する内部領域の造形に用いることを特徴とする立体物造形装置。 - 前記材料樹脂は、熱可塑性の樹脂であり、
前記混合樹脂吐出部は、
それぞれの前記材料樹脂供給部から供給される前記材料樹脂を加熱するヒータ部と、
前記ヒータ部により加熱した前記材料樹脂を混合することで前記混合樹脂を生成する樹脂混合部と、
前記樹脂混合部で生成した前記混合樹脂を吐出するノズルと
を有し、
前記ノズルから前記混合樹脂を吐出することにより、前記立体物を造形することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の立体物造形装置。 - 前記樹脂供給制御部は、前記複数の材料樹脂供給部から前記混合樹脂吐出部へ供給される前記材料樹脂の合計量を予め設定された供給量に合わせるように、前記混合樹脂吐出部へ供給する前記材料樹脂の量を制御することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の立体物造形装置。
- 前記クリア色の材料樹脂について、前記立体物において着色を行わない箇所の造形、又は前記立体物の表面を覆う透明層の形成に用いることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の立体物造形装置。
- 熱溶解積層法で立体物を造形する立体物造形方法であって、
造形の材料として用いられる樹脂である材料樹脂をそれぞれ供給する複数の材料樹脂供給部と、
前記複数の材料樹脂供給部から供給される前記樹脂を混合した樹脂である混合樹脂を吐出する混合樹脂吐出部と
を用い、
前記複数の材料樹脂供給部は、それぞれ異なる色の前記材料樹脂を前記混合樹脂吐出部へ供給し、
前記複数の材料樹脂供給部のそれぞれから前記混合樹脂吐出部へ供給する前記材料樹脂の量を制御することにより、前記混合樹脂吐出部が吐出する前記混合樹脂の色を調整し、
前記複数の材料樹脂供給部のそれぞれとして、ホワイト色、イエロー色、マゼンタ色、シアン色、ブラック色、及びクリア色の各色の前記材料樹脂を供給する前記材料樹脂供給部を用い、
前記立体物の少なくとも一部について、イエロー色、マゼンタ色、シアン色、及びブラック色のうちの少なくともいずれかの色の前記材料樹脂と、ホワイト色及びクリア色のうちの少なくともいずれかの色の前記材料樹脂とを用いて造形し、
前記複数の材料樹脂供給部は、前記材料樹脂を前記混合樹脂吐出部へ向けてローラにより押し出す樹脂押出器をそれぞれ有し、
前記複数の材料樹脂供給部のそれぞれにおける前記樹脂押出器の前記ローラの回転数を制御することにより、前記混合樹脂吐出部からの前記混合樹脂の吐出量が一定になるように、前記複数の材料樹脂供給部のそれぞれから前記混合樹脂吐出部へ供給する前記材料樹脂の量を制御し、かつ、前記混合樹脂の色を示す色情報に基づき、前記複数の材料樹脂供給部のそれぞれから前記混合樹脂吐出部へ供給する前記材料樹脂の量を制御し、
前記ホワイト色の材料樹脂について、前記立体物において着色を行わない箇所の造形、又は前記立体物の内部を構成する内部領域の造形に用いることを特徴とする立体物造形方法。
