Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施例に係るレンズモジュールの斜視概念図であり、図2は、図1のレンズモジュールのA−A’線断面を示したものであり、図3は、図2の断面部分の平面図を示したものである。
本第2実施例では、第1実施例のレンズモジュールを適用した発光素子パッケージの構成例を挙げて説明する。
図6及び図7は、上述した本発明に係る第3実施例を示したものである。
図8は、本発明の第4実施例に係るレンズモジュールの斜視概念図である。図9は、図7のレンズモジュールのA−A’線断面を示したものである。
図10及び図11は、本発明の第5実施例に係るレンズモジュールの構造を適用した発光素子パッケージの具現例を示したものである。
図15及び図16に示された第7実施例では、レンズ部110及び支持部120を備える点は他の実施例と同一であるが、前記支持部120の下部面にのみ突出構造物である第2突出部134が形成される点が異なる。
Claims (12)
- 第1貫通孔及び第2貫通孔を含むベースプレートと、
前記ベースプレート上に結合されたレンズモジュールとを含み、
前記レンズモジュールは、
レンズ部と、
前記レンズ部の外側から第1横方向に延びる第1支持部と、
前記第1支持部の下面から延びて前記第1貫通孔に結合される第1突出部と、
前記レンズ部の外側から第2横方向に延びる第2支持部と、
前記第2支持部の下面から延びて前記第2貫通孔に結合される第2突出部とを含み、
前記第1支持部は、
前記レンズ部に隣接する隣接部と、
前記第1横方向に前記レンズ部から最も遠くに配置され、第1エッジを含む末端部と、
前記第1突出部と前記第2突出部との間に配置される中央部とを含み、
前記第1支持部の中央部の下面は前記ベースプレートと直接接触し、
前記第1支持部の隣接部から中央部にかけて、幅と厚さが略一定であり、
前記レンズ部の上面に溝が備えられ、
前記第1貫通孔及び第2貫通孔は、厚さ方向における中心部に向かってテーパーを備え、
前記第1横方向と前記第2横方向とは互いに反対方向である、
レンズパッケージ。 - 前記第2支持部は、
前記レンズ部に隣接する隣接部と、
前記第2横方向に前記レンズ部から最も遠くに配置され、第2エッジを含む末端部と、
前記第2突出部と前記第1突出部との間に配置される中央部とを含み、
前記第2支持部の隣接部から中央部にかけて、幅と厚さが略一定であり、
前記第2支持部の中央部の下面は前記ベースプレートと直接接触する、請求項1に記載のレンズパッケージ。 - 前記第1突出部は、前記第1支持部の下面に備えられて前記第1エッジと離隔し、前記第2突出部は、前記第2支持部の下面に備えられて前記第2エッジと離隔する、請求項2に記載のレンズパッケージ。
- 前記第1支持部の隣接部及び末端部の下面は前記ベースプレートと直接接触する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のレンズパッケージ。
- 前記第2支持部の隣接部及び末端部の下面は前記ベースプレートと直接接触する、請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のレンズパッケージ。
- 前記レンズ部の下面の一部分は前記第1支持部の下面と平行である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のレンズパッケージ。
- 前記レンズ部の下面の一部分は前記第2支持部の下面と平行である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のレンズパッケージ。
- 前記第1突出部は、前記第1貫通孔の内部で前記ベースプレートと結合される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のレンズパッケージ。
- 前記第2突出部は、前記第2貫通孔の内部で前記ベースプレートと結合される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のレンズパッケージ。
- 前記第1突出部は、前記第1貫通孔全体に延びて配置される、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のレンズパッケージ。
- 前記第2突出部は、前記第2貫通孔全体に延びて配置される、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のレンズパッケージ。
- 前記第1突出部は前記第1貫通孔の内側面と直接接触する、請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のレンズパッケージ。
