Claims (12)
- 穿孔システムであって、
複数のロボット穿孔ユニットと、
システム基部であって、その上に前記複数のロボット穿孔ユニットを支持するように構成されたシステム基部と、
を備え、
前記ロボット穿孔ユニットは各々、内側表面板を有する複合サンドイッチ構造として構成されるエンジン吸気口の内側バレル部分内部に位置決めされた穿孔エンドエフェクタを有し、
前記ロボット穿孔ユニットは、前記内側表面板に所定の開口割合が得られるように穿孔エンドエフェクタを使用して前記内側表面板の中に複数の貫通孔を穿孔するために、互いに同期して動くように操作可能であり、
前記内側バレル部分が前記システム基部に装着されたときに前記複数のロボット穿孔ユニットを囲むように、前記内側バレル部分を前記システム基部上に位置決めして支持するように、前記システム基部が構成されている、穿孔システム。 - 前記ロボット穿孔ユニットが、貫通孔の孔パターンを前記複合サンドイッチ構造のハニカムコアの一又は複数のセル壁に指標づけするように構成されている、請求項1に記載の穿孔システム。
- 前記ロボット穿孔ユニットが、前記貫通孔が前記ハニカムコアの前記セル壁からある間隔を置いて位置づけされるよう、前記内側表面板に前記孔パターンを形成するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の穿孔システム。
- 前記ロボット穿孔ユニットは各々、前記内側バレル部分内部に位置決めされた穿孔ユニット基部を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の穿孔システム。
- 前記内側バレル部分と前記ロボット穿孔ユニットが、前記内側バレル部分を支持している少なくとも一つの器具に指標付けされている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の穿孔システム。
- エンジン吸気口の加工方法であって、
内側表面板を有する複合サンドイッチ構造として構成されるエンジン吸気口の内側バレル部分と、当該内側バレル部分の内部に位置決めされた穿孔エンドエフェクタをそれぞれ有する複数のロボット穿孔ユニットを供給するステップであって、前記内側バレル部分が前記複数のロボット穿孔ユニットを囲むように、前記内側バレル部分と前記複数のロボット穿孔ユニットとが穿孔システムのシステム基部上に位置決めして支持される、ステップと、
前記複合サンドイッチ構造の硬化後に、前記ロボット穿孔ユニットが互いに同期して動くように操作して、穿孔エンドエフェクタを使用して前記内側表面板に複数の貫通孔を穿孔するステップと、
前記内側表面板に所定の開口割合が得られる数の前記複数の貫通孔を形成するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記複数の貫通孔を穿孔するステップが、
前記複合サンドイッチ構造のハニカムコアの一又は複数のセル壁に、前記貫通孔の孔パターンを指標づけすること
を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記孔パターンを指標づけするステップが、
各貫通孔が前記セル壁から間隔を置いて位置づけされるように、前記孔パターンを位置決めすることを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記複数の貫通孔を穿孔するステップが、
前記内側表面板のある部分の開口割合が、前記内側表面板の別の部分の開口割合とは異なるものとなるように前記複数の貫通孔を穿孔すること
を含む、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ロボット穿孔ユニットが互いに同期して動くように操作するステップが、
前記複数のロボット穿孔ユニットの穿孔エンドエフェクタを使用して、前記内側表面板に前記複数の貫通孔を同時に穿孔すること
を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記エンジン吸気口の内側バレル部分内部に、前記ロボット穿孔ユニットの穿孔ユニット基部を位置決めすること
をさらに含む、請求項6から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記エンジン吸気口の内側バレル部分と前記ロボット穿孔ユニットを、前記内側バレル部分を支持している少なくとも一つの器具に指標付けすること
をさらに含む、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
