Description
本願は、2015年1月19日出願の中国特許出願第201520035871.7号に基づく優先権を要求し、そのすべての内容はここに参照として取り込まれる。
前記ストッパーは、第一装置に設けられた予め係合段階部と、第二装置に設けられたネジ部と、前記予め係合段階部と前記ネジ部との間に設けられる逃げ部と、を含み、
前記逃げ部の高さは、前記第二装置が前記ストッパーより固定接続される端面である固定面に前記予め係合段階部が接触するように設定される。
第二の発明は、前述した係合構造を含む、ディスプレイ機器である。

Claims (15)
- 係合構造であって、第一装置と、第二装置と、前記第一装置と前記第二装置を固定接続するためのストッパーと、を含み、
前記ストッパーは、第一装置に配置された予め係合段階部と、第二装置に配置されたネジ部と、前記予め係合段階部と前記ネジ部との間に設けられる逃げ部と、を含み、
前記ストッパーは、ストッパー段階部をさらに含み、前記ストッパー段階部は、前記予め係合段階部と前記逃げ部との間に配置されるとともに前記第一装置で固定面に接触し、
前記逃げ部の高さは、前記第二装置が前記ストッパーより固定接続される面である固定面に前記ストッパー段階部が接触するように設定され、
当該係合構造は、第三装置をさらに含み、前記ストッパーが前記第三装置を抜けて前記第一装置と前記第二装置とを固定接続することによって、前記第一装置と前記第三装置との間に隙間のない接触面を形成する、係合構造。 - 前記逃げ部の高さは0.05mm以下である、請求項1に記載の係合構造。
- 前記ネジ部と前記逃げ部は、前記第二装置に完全に固定されるとともに、前記予め係合段階部は、前記第一装置に完全に固定される、請求項1に記載の係合構造。
- 前記ストッパー段階部の直径は、前記ネジ部の最大外径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の係合構造。
- 前記逃げ部の直径は、前記ネジ部の最小内径の以下である、請求項1に記載の係合構造。
- 前記ストッパーの前記第一装置での差し込む方向は、前記接触面に平行する、請求項1に記載の係合構造。
- 前記ストッパーの数量は2個である、請求項1に記載の係合構造。
- 前記第一装置と前記第二装置を接続するための位置決め装置をさらに含み、前記第二装置の底に前記位置決め装置に対応する溝が設けられ、前記第一装置は、溝に差し込む前記位置決め装置によって前記第二装置に固定される、請求項1に記載の係合構造。
- 前記位置決め装置の第二装置での差し込む方向は、前記ストッパーの第二装置での差し込む方向に直交する、請求項8に記載の係合構造。
- 前記第一装置は、基台であって、第二装置は、基台固定ブラケットである、請求項1に記載の係合構造。
- 前記第三装置は、ハウジングである、請求項1に記載の係合構造。
- 前記第一装置は溝を含み、
前記溝は、球状部と、前記球状部と連通する円筒状部と、を含み、
前記ストッパーが前記球状部から自由に出し入れることができるように、前記球状部の直径が前記ストッパーの前記予め係合段階部の直径より大きく、
前記ストッパーの前記ストッパー段階部が前記円筒状部に係合できるように、前記円筒状部の直径が前記ストッパーの前記ストッパー段階部の直径より小さい、請求項1に記載の係合構造。 - 前記係合構造は、前記第一装置と前記第二装置を接続するための位置決め装置をさらに含み、
前記第二装置の底に前記位置決め装置に対応する溝が設けられており、その結果、前記第一装置は、溝に差し込む前記位置決め装置によって前記第二装置に固定され、前記位置決め装置の前記第二装置での差し込む方向は、前記ストッパーの前記第二装置での差し込む方向に直交する、請求項1に記載の係合構造。 - 請求項1から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の係合構造を含む、ディスプレイ機器。
- ディスプレイと、基台と、を更に含み、前記係合構造によって前記ディスプレイが前記基台に固定される、請求項14に記載のディスプレイ機器。
