Claims (3)
- 印刷機械に物品を固定するための真空システムであって、孔が開けられた表面を有する印刷テーブル(2)を含み、印刷される物品(1)を前記印刷テーブル(2)上に固定するための真空システムを備え、該真空システムは箱構造(8)を含み、該箱構造(8)はその横幅の中間領域でノズル(9)によって吸気システムと連結され、前記箱構造(8)は、前記印刷テーブル(2)の前記孔が開けられた表面に対向する孔が開けられた上壁を有し、前記箱構造(8)の内部には、密封して前記箱構造(8)の内部を垂直方向に閉じる複数の側方のパネル(10)が配置され、該側方のパネル(10)は、前記箱構造(8)の内部で互いに近づけられたり遠ざけられたりして横方向に動かされることができ、前記側方のパネルにはそれらを動かすための作動システムが連結され、前記箱構造(8)の長手方向が、前記印刷される物品(1)を固定するために異なる真空圧力が適用される独立した連続する複数のチャンバーに分割され、前記物品が前記印刷テーブル(2)に配置される入口領域では、印刷領域より大きな力が加えられ、印刷された前記物品(1)が取り外される領域では、前記印刷領域より小さな力が加えられる、印刷機械に物品を固定するための真空システム。
- 前記側方のパネル(10)を動かすための前記作動システムは、前記側方のパネル(10)を動かすねじ棒(14)と連結器(13)によって連結された伝達シャフト(12)を駆動するモーター(11)を含む、請求項1に記載の印刷機械に物品を固定するための真空システム。
- 前記側方のパネル(10)を動かすための前記作動システムの駆動は、前記物品(1)が前記印刷テーブル(2)に配置された際に前記物品(1)が通過する検知システム(16)によって与えられる座標によって、前記印刷される物品(1)の寸法に応じて自動で制御される、請求項1又は2に記載の印刷機械に物品を固定するための真空システム。
