Claims (7)
- コンピュータに、
通信端末の位置情報を取得し、
予め記憶部に記憶された複数の基地局の各々の位置情報と、取得した前記通信端末の位置情報とに基づいて、前記複数の基地局のうち、通信を行う時間帯に、短波帯の所定周波数の電波が電離層で反射するか、又は反射しないかを示す反射特性が経度情報に基づいて変わる地点を前記通信端末の位置との間に含む基地局以外の基地局を基地局候補とし、該基地局候補から、前記通信端末と通信を行う基地局を決定する
ことを含む処理を実行させる基地局決定プログラム。 - 前記反射特性は、日の出又は日の入りに応じて変化する請求項1に記載の基地局決定プログラム。
- 前記基地局候補は、該基地局候補の位置における、前記通信を行う時間帯が日の出から日の入りまでの昼か、日の入りから日の出までの夜かの昼夜の区別が、前記通信端末の位置における昼夜の区別と同じ基地局である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の基地局決定プログラム。
- 前記基地局候補から、前記通信端末と通信を行う基地局を決定する際、前記通信端末との通信が成立する確実性を判断するための予め定めた基準に基づいて決定する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の基地局決定プログラム。
- 前記予め定めた基準として、各基地局候補と前記通信端末の位置に相当する地点との通信実績の有無を用い、通信時期及び通信時間帯が、前記通信を行う時間帯と類似する通信実績が存在する基地局候補を、前記通信端末と通信を行う基地局として決定する請求項4に記載の基地局決定プログラム。
- 通信端末の位置情報を取得し、
予め記憶部に記憶された複数の基地局の各々の位置情報と、取得した前記通信端末の位置情報とに基づいて、前記複数の基地局のうち、通信を行う時間帯に、短波帯の所定周波数の電波が電離層で反射するか、又は反射しないかを示す反射特性が経度情報に基づいて変わる地点を前記通信端末の位置との間に含む基地局以外の基地局を基地局候補とし、該基地局候補から、前記通信端末と通信を行う基地局を決定する、
