Description
図1は、本開示の第1の実施形態の手持ち部材を含む手持ち型物品を分解して示す斜視図である。図2Aは図1の手持ち型物品を本体の長さ方向に切断して示す断面図であり、図2Bは図2AのA−A線における断面図である。
次に、容器20Aの基材の外表面にポリプロピレン樹脂の粉末等を付着させた後、そのポリプロピレン樹脂等を加熱して軟化させ、基材表面に粘着させて手持ち部本体1を形成する。
その後、被覆材2となる樹脂材料を手持ち部本体1の外表面に塗布し、これを加熱して硬化させて被覆材2を形成する。
以上の工程により、物品30Aの容器20Aの外表面を覆う手持ち部材10を作製することができる。
図4Aは、本開示の第2の実施形態の手持ち部材10Bを含む手持ち型物品30(以下、単に物品30Bともいう)を分解して示す平面図である。図5は、図4Aの手持ち型物品30(分解していない状態)を透視して示す平面図である。図4Bは、図4AのB部分の断面を示す断面図である。

Claims (7)
- 手持ち部本体と、
10〜40℃の温度範囲において粘弾性を有する樹脂材料を含んでおり、前記手持ち部本体を覆う被覆材と、
を備え、
静止状態から変位する前記被覆材の露出表面に接する使用者の手指に対する前記被覆材の表面部分の動摩擦係数が、前記使用者の手指の静止状態からの変位量に比例して大きくなる領域を有しており、前記使用者の手指の静止状態からの変位量が手指の幅であるときに最大値を示す、
手持ち部材。 - 前記手指の幅が15〜25mmである請求項1に記載の手持ち部材。
- 前記被覆材がウレタン樹脂を含有している樹脂材料である請求項1または2に記載の手持ち部材。
- 前記被覆材が(メタ)アクリル樹脂、またはウレタンと(メタ)アクリルとの共重合体を含む樹脂材料をさらに含有する請求項3に記載の手持ち部材。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の手持ち部材と、
該手持ち部材に隣接して接合されており、前記手持ち部材の把持により機能する本体と、
を備える手持ち型物品。 - 前記本体が、1つの開口が塞がれた筒状の容器であり、
前記手持ち部材が、前記容器の外周を覆っている請求項5に記載の手持ち型物品。 - 前記本体が、刃部および該刃部が一端に位置する基部を有する刀身であり、
前記手持ち部材が、前記基部の前記刃部外に位置する部分を覆っている請求項5に記載の手持ち型物品。
