Description
Claims (10)
- 燃焼ガスを生成するための少なくとも1つの反応装置(102) と、
燃焼ガスと流体との熱交換のための第1の熱交換部(3) 、及び燃焼ガスと前記反応装置(102) のための反応空気との熱交換のための第2の熱交換部(4) を有する熱交換システム(1) と
を備えており、
前記第2の熱交換部(4) によって反応空気を予熱することができ、
前記第1の熱交換部(3) は、夫々の第1のケーシング管(9) 内に単一の通路の構成で夫々配置されている第1の管(7) を有する二重管式熱交換器(5) として構成されており、
前記第2の熱交換部(4) は、第2のケーシング管(29)内に配置されている管束であって、前記第2のケーシング管(29)内に単一の通路の構成で夫々配置されている第2の管(27)を含む前記管束を有する管束式熱交換器(25)として構成されており、
前記第1の管(7) 及び前記第2の管(27)は、燃焼ガスが前記第1の管(7) 及び前記第2の管(27)を通って流れるように構成されており、
前記二重管式熱交換器(5) 及び前記管束式熱交換器(25)は垂直に配置されており、
前記第1の管(7) 及び前記第2の管(27)の夫々の上端部が導管(23)を介して互いに連結されており、
燃焼ガスが前記二重管式熱交換器(5) を通って流れる方向は上昇方向であり、燃焼ガスが前記管束式熱交換器(25)を通って流れる方向は下降方向であることを特徴とするカーボンブラック製造プラント(100) 。 - 前記二重管式熱交換器(5) は自然循環蒸気発生器として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカーボンブラック製造プラント。
- 前記二重管式熱交換器(5) は、燃焼ガスのための垂直に設けられた第1の入口チャンバ(11)を有しており、前記第1の入口チャンバ(11)は前記第1の管(7) に連結されており、前記第1の管(7) を受けている第1の下側管板(13)によって画定されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のカーボンブラック製造プラント。
- 前記第1のケーシング管(9) に連結されている流体のための少なくとも1つの入口チャンバが、前記第1の下側管板(13)に隣り合って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカーボンブラック製造プラント。
- 前記管束式熱交換器(25)は向流式熱交換器として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のカーボンブラック製造プラント。
- 前記管束式熱交換器(25)は吊るされるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のカーボンブラック製造プラント。
- 前記管束式熱交換器(25)は、垂直に配置された燃焼ガスのための第2の入口チャンバ(39)を有しており、前記第2の入口チャンバ(39)は、前記管束式熱交換器(25)の上端部に配置されて前記第2の管(27)に連結されており、前記第2の管(27)を受けている第2の上側管板(35)によって画定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のカーボンブラック製造プラント。
- 前記第2の管(27)は、前記第2の上側管板(35)に吊るされて固定されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のカーボンブラック製造プラント。
- 第2の下側管板(47)が前記第2の管(27)の下端部を受けており、前記第2の管(27)は夫々、前記第2の下側管板(47)と連結するために個々の管補償器(46)を有していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のカーボンブラック製造プラント。
- 反応空気のための入口(49)が前記第2の下側管板(47)に隣り合って配置されている、及び/又は反応空気のための出口(51)が前記第2の上側管板(35)に隣り合って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のカーボンブラック製造プラント。
