に沿った断面図である。図4が示すタッチディスプレイ装置10において、カラーフィルターガラス基板(CF glass)と薄膜トランジスタガラス基板(TFT glass)はエッジシール樹脂によって接続され、タッチ電極層はカラーフィルターガラス基板において薄膜トランジスタガラス基板に対向する側に設置され、画面を表示するための画素アレイは薄膜トランジスタガラス基板においてカラーフィルターガラス基板に対向する側の画素アレイ隔離層に設置されている。図2が示すように、検出電極E1〜E12を設置するためのタッチ電極層は表示領域から非表示領域まで延伸し、かつ接続構造104およびタッチディスプレイ装置10の配線層によって駆動チップ102と互いに接続し、なお、接続構造104は非表示領域に位置する導電粒子を含む。例を挙げると、導電粒子はパネルプロセス中の異方導電材で実現され、配線層は透明または金属導電電極であってもよい。表示領域中のタッチ電極層に余分な接続構造(例えばビアまたはリード線)が設置されていないため、検出電極E1〜E12と駆動チップ102間の画素透過のための空間が余分な接続構造に占用されることなく、かつパネル100の製造に必要なマスク数が減らされて、パネル100の製造コストを低減することができる。

Claims (13)
- パネルと駆動チップを含むタッチディスプレイ装置であって、
前記パネルは、
薄膜トランジスタガラス基板と、
カラーフィルターガラス基板と、
前記薄膜トランジスタガラス基板上に設置された配線層と、
前記薄膜トランジスタガラス基板と前記カラーフィルターガラス基板との間に位置し、かつ、複数個の検出電極が設けられたタッチ電極層と、
少なくとも一部の前記検出電極に接続される接続構造とを含み、
前記パネルは、表示領域および前記表示領域以外の領域である非表示領域を有し、
前記複数個の検出電極が前記表示領域に位置し、前記接続構造および前記駆動チップが前記非表示領域に位置し、
前記駆動チップは前記配線層上に設置され、かつ、上面視において前記タッチ電極層および前記カラーフィルターガラス基板と重ならず、
各前記検出電極が前記表示領域から前記非表示領域まで延伸し、かつ、前記接続構造および前記配線層によって駆動チップに接続される、タッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記パネルの前記表示領域における前記タッチ電極層にビア(Via)またはリード線が存在しない、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記接続構造は前記非表示領域に設置された複数個の導電粒子を含む、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記タッチ電極層はカラーフィルターガラス基板に設置され、かつ、前記接続構造は薄膜トランジスタガラス基板上の配線層によって前記駆動チップに接続される、請求項3に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記接続構造は前記非表示領域に設置されたビア(Via)を含む、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記タッチ電極層は薄膜トランジスタガラス基板上の画素アレイ隔離層の第一側に設置され、
前記駆動チップに接続された配線層は前記画素アレイ隔離層の第二側に設置され、かつ前記接続構造のビアが前記画素アレイ隔離層を貫通して前記タッチ電極層および前記配線層を接続する、請求項5に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記複数個の検出電極中の第一検出電極および第二検出電極が前記非表示領域まで延伸し、前記非表示領域内で互いに接続される、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記複数個の検出電極中の第一検出電極および第二検出電極が前記駆動チップまで延伸し、前記駆動チップ内で互いに接続される、請求項1に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- パネル、駆動チップおよび複数個のマルチプレクサを含むタッチディスプレイ装置であって、
前記パネルは、
薄膜トランジスタガラス基板と、
カラーフィルターガラス基板と、
前記薄膜トランジスタガラス基板上に設置された配線層と、
前記薄膜トランジスタガラス基板と前記カラーフィルターガラス基板との間に位置し、かつ、複数個の検出電極が設けられたタッチ電極層とを含み、
前記パネルは、表示領域および前記表示領域以外の領域である非表示領域を有し、
前記複数個の検出電極が前記表示領域に位置し、前記駆動チップおよび前記複数個のマルチプレクサーが前記非表示領域に位置し、
前記駆動チップは前記配線層上に設置され、かつ、上面視において前記タッチ電極層および前記カラーフィルターガラス基板と重ならず、
少なくとも一つの前記マルチプレクサーが複数個の第一接続部材によって前記複数個の検出電極に接続され、かつ第二接続部材によって前記駆動チップに接続される、タッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記パネルの前記表示領域中のタッチ電極層にビア(Via)またはリード線が存在しない、請求項9に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 各前記検出電極は前記表示領域から前記非表示領域まで延伸し、かつ、前記複数個の第一接続部材が前記タッチディスプレイ装置の非表示領域に位置する、請求項9に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
- 前記タッチ電極層はカラーフィルターガラス基板に設置され、
少なくとも一つの前記マルチプレクサーと前記第二接続部材が薄膜トランジスタガラス基板上に設置され、かつ前記複数個の第一接続部材が複数個の導電粒子であり、前記複数個のマルチプレクサーを前記非表示領域中の複数個の導電粒子によって前記複数個の検出電極に接続させ、かつ前記第二接続部材によって前記駆動チップに接続させる、請求項11に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。 - 前記タッチ電極層は薄膜トランジスタガラス基板上の画素アレイ隔離層の第一側に設置され、
前記マルチプレクサーは前記画素アレイ隔離層の第二側に設置され、
前記複数個の第一接続部材は前記画素アレイ隔離層を貫通する複数個のビアを含み、かつ、前記第二接続部材は前記画素アレイ隔離層の前記第二側の配線層に設置される、請求項11に記載のタッチディスプレイ装置。
