Description
The present invention relates to a grinding fluid filtering device for a grinding machine that filters the grinding fluid collected from the grinding machine and recirculates it to the grinding machine. In particular, in the grinding fluid filtering device for a grinding machine, the grinding fluid in a clean tank is 1 It relates to a technology that supplies the cyclone with one pump and also supplies it to the grinding machine.
A grinding fluid filtration device for a grinding machine has been proposed, in which the grinding fluid discharged from the grinding machine is purified by filtering and supplied to the grinding machine again. For example, the grinding fluid filtration device for a grinding machine described in
In this grinding fluid filtration device for a grinding machine, the grinding fluid discharged from the grinding machine is supplied to a magnetic separator that functions as a filter, and the grinding fluid from which chips are magnetically removed by the magnetic separator is the grinding fluid. , It is supplied to an annular intermediate tank and temporarily stored there. Then, the grinding fluid in the intermediate tank is purified by an output release type cyclone in the process of being pumped to the clean tank by the filtration pump, stored in the clean tank, and cooled to a predetermined temperature by the cooler provided in the clean tank. The resulting grinding fluid is supplied to the grinding machine by a medium pressure pump.
This grinding fluid filtration device for grinding machines eliminates the need for a recovery tank that receives the grinding fluid discharged from the grinding machine and a pump that sends the grinding fluid from the recovery tank to the magnetic separator. Has the advantage of being miniaturized.
By the way, in the above-mentioned grinding fluid filtering device for a grinding machine, the cyclone used for purifying the grinding fluid is an output release type having an atmospheric pressure on the output side, so in addition to a pump for sending the grinding fluid to the cyclone. , There is a problem that a pump for sending the grinding liquid output from the cyclone to a grinding machine or the like is further required.
The present invention has been made against the background of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a grinding fluid filtration device for a grinding machine that does not require a pump for sending the grinding fluid output from the cyclone to a grinding machine or the like. To provide.
As a result of various studies against the background of the above circumstances, the present inventors have connected the output side of the cyclone to the pipe, and connected the output side of the cyclone to the grinding fluid supply pipe to the grinding machine, and output in this way. While forming a predetermined pressure difference between the input side and the output side of the connected cyclone, by supplying the grinding fluid from the input side of the cyclone using a pump, while ensuring the purification function of the cyclone, We found the fact that the grinding fluid can be supplied to the grinding machine without using a pump on the output side of the cyclone. The present invention has been made based on such findings.

And (f) a cooler tank that stores the grinding fluid cooled by the cooler and supplies it to the dirty tank, and (g) the grinding machine liquid feeding pump removes chips by the magnetic separator. A part of the performed grinding liquid is continuously supplied to the cooler tank, and (h) the grinding liquid in the cooler tank is returned to the dirty tank by gravity .
Further, the gist of the second invention is (a) a grinding fluid filtering device for a grinding machine that purifies the grinding liquid discharged from the grinding machine and resupplys it to the grinding machine, and (b) the grinding machine. A magnetic separator that continuously removes chips from the grinding fluid discharged from the and (c) the grinding fluid from which chips have been removed by the magnetic separator are passed through an in-line cyclone that is an output connection type. A grinding machine liquid feed pump for supplying to the grinding machine, (d) a dirty tank for receiving the grinding liquid discharged from the grinding machine, and (e) storing and supplying the grinding liquid cooled by the cooler to the dirty tank. A first recirculation pipe for guiding a part of the above to the cooler tank, and (h) a second recirculation pipe for guiding a part of the grinding liquid delivered from the grinding machine liquid feeding pump to the cooler tank. ..
According to the grinding fluid filtering device for a grinding machine of the first invention, (a) a grinding fluid filtering device for a grinding machine that purifies the grinding fluid discharged from the grinding machine and resupplys it to the grinding machine, and (b ) A magnetic separator that continuously removes chips from the grinding fluid discharged from the grinding machine, and (c) a grinding fluid from which chips have been removed by the magnetic separator are separated by a grinding machine liquid feeding pump. Since it is supplied to the in-line cyclone which is an output connection type and at the same time is supplied to the grinding machine through the in-line cyclone, it is compared with the case where the grinding liquid output from the normal output release type cyclone is sent to the grinding machine or the like using a pump. As a result, a pump for sending the grinding fluid output from the output release type cyclone to the grinding machine or the like becomes unnecessary. Further, it is provided with (d) a dirty tank that receives the grinding liquid discharged from the grinding machine, and (e) a dirty liquid pump that sends the grinding liquid in the dirty tank to the magnetic separator. As a result, the original chip removal of the magnetic separator is performed regardless of the decrease in the return flow rate of the grinding fluid from the grinding machine, as compared with the case where the grinding fluid whose flow rate from the grinding machine is unstable is received by the magnetic separator. By sending the grinding fluid from the dirty fluid pump so that the capacity can be exhibited, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the filtration capacity. Further, (f) a cooler tank for storing the grinding liquid cooled by the cooler and supplying it to the dirty tank is provided, and (g) the grinding machine liquid feeding pump is subjected to chip removal by the magnetic separator. A part of the grinding fluid is continuously supplied to the cooler tank, and (h) the grinding fluid in the cooler tank is refluxed into the dirty tank by gravity. As a result, even if the grinding fluid delivered from the grinding machine liquid feed pump to the grinding machine through the in-line cyclone is stopped due to, for example, the suspension of the grinding machine, the in-line cyclone is maintained within the purification conditions determined by the differential pressure, for example. When the supply to the grinding machine is started, the grinding liquid with high accuracy (purification degree) can be immediately supplied to the grinding machine. Such a configuration has a remarkable effect on the precision grinding machine.
Here, preferably, (a) the grinding machine has a receiving pipe that receives the grinding fluid that has passed through the in-line cyclone, and a grinding machine-side electromagnetic on-off valve that opens and closes the receiving pipe in conjunction with the operation of the grinding machine. (B) The liquid feed pipe that sends the grinding fluid from the in-line cyclone to the receiving pipe has an electromagnetic on-off valve on the filtration device side that opens and closes the liquid feed pipe in conjunction with the electromagnetic on-off valve on the grinding machine side. It is equipped. As a result, the grinding fluid sent from the grinding machine liquid feed pump to the grinding machine through the in-line cyclone is stopped in conjunction with the suspension of the grinding machine, so that the in-line cyclone operates in a state where it deviates from the purification conditions determined by the differential pressure. Compared with the case where the grinding fluid with low accuracy (purification degree) is continuously output, the grinding fluid with high accuracy (purification degree) can be immediately supplied to the grinding machine at the start of supply to the grinding machine. .. Such a configuration has a remarkable effect on the precision grinding machine.
Further, preferably, (a) the dirty tank includes a stirrer having stirring blades that are rotationally driven to stir the grinding fluid in the dirty tank. As a result, for example, compared to the case of stirring using a jet output from a dirty liquid pump that sends out the grinding liquid from the dirty tank, the grinding liquid generates less heat and consumes energy, and the cooler described later is also smaller. It becomes.
Further , according to the grinding fluid filtering device for a grinding machine of the second invention, (a) a grinding fluid filtering device for a grinding machine that purifies the grinding fluid discharged from the grinding machine and resupplys it to the grinding machine. (B) A magnetic separator that continuously removes chips from the grinding fluid discharged from the grinding machine, and (c) a grinding fluid from which chips have been removed by the magnetic separator are sent to the grinding machine. When the pump supplies the in-line cyclone, which is an output connection type, and at the same time supplies it to the grinding machine through the in-line cyclone, the grinding fluid output from the normal output-opening type cyclone is sent to the grinding machine, etc. using the pump. In comparison with the above, a pump for sending the grinding fluid output from the output release type cyclone to the grinding machine or the like becomes unnecessary. Further, (d) a dirty tank that receives the grinding fluid discharged from the grinding machine, (e) a cooler tank that stores the grinding fluid cooled by the cooler and supplies the grinding fluid to the dirty tank, and (f) the in- line cyclone. A liquid feeding pipe that feeds the grinding liquid output from the grinding machine to the grinding machine, and (g) a first branching from the liquid feeding pipe that guides a part of the grinding liquid output from the in-line cyclone to the cooler tank. It is provided with one recirculation pipe and (h) a second recirculation pipe that guides a part of the grinding liquid delivered from the grinding machine liquid feeding pump to the cooler tank. As a result, an in-line cyclone and a second reflux pipe that functions as a bypass flow path parallel to the first reflux pipe are formed. By adjusting the flow rate of the second reflux pipe, the liquid feed pump from the grinding machine can be used. The liquid level in the dirty tank is maintained within a preset range regardless of the flow rate of the grinding fluid delivered.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the following examples, the drawings are appropriately simplified or modified for the sake of explanation, and the dimensional ratios and shapes of each part are not necessarily drawn accurately.

The
FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing a configuration in which the
The end of the
The height BL1 of the
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 5, the
Returning from FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the
As shown in detail in FIG. 7, the
In the
The grinding fluid F supplied from the
A
A
In the
The
In the
The pump capacity, the first adjusting
As described above, the
Further, in this embodiment, the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
Further, in the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
Further, according to the
