Claims (10)
- 二重配管熱交換器としてのプライマリ急冷装置(10)と、少なくとも1つの管束を有するセカンダリ急冷装置(20)としての管束熱交換器とを有する急冷システムであって、前記管束が、ジャケット(32)で包囲されて形成されており、かつ互いに間隔をもって配設された2つの管板(28)の間に形成されているジャケット空間(36)内にあり、前記管板間に前記管束の複数の集束配管(29)がそれぞれ両側で前記管板において保持されており、前記管板が、前記集束配管(29)を備えた気体入口(21)又は気体出口(23)の側においてダイヤフラム又は薄い管板として形成されている前記急冷システムにおいて、
前記薄い管板(28)が、互いに接続され冷却媒体が貫流する平行な複数の冷却通路(27)を備えていること、前記冷却通路(27)が、トンネルの配列で形成されているとともに、配管プレートとしての前記薄い管板(28)上に配設されていること、トンネルの配列での前記冷却通路(27)が四角形状のトンネル幾何形状を備えていること、トンネル幾何形状における前記冷却通路(27)が、(i)気体側が水/蒸気側から分離されているとともに包囲された前記管束の前記ジャケット(32)に結合されたリングフランジ(35)に結合された前記管板(28)と、(ii)前記管板(28)に結合されつつ個々の水の流れ/蒸気の流れを互いに分離する、前記管板(28)上に配設された平行な複数のウェブ(33)と、(iii)前記ウェブ(33)に結合されつつ前記冷却通路(27)のトンネルの配列における流れを制限し、前記包囲された管束の前記ジャケット(32)によって包囲された前記ジャケット空間(36)内への流れの流出をあらかじめ規定された割合まで遮断する、前記集束配管(29)のための複数の開口部(18)を有するカバープレート(34)とで形成されていること、トンネルの配列で形成された前記冷却通路(27)が、前記冷却通路(27)の入口開口部(30)から出口開口部(31)への直進的な流れを実現すること、及びトンネルの配列での少なくとも2つの冷却通路(27)が、前記出口開口部の垂直な線と前記カバープレート(34)の間のあらかじめ規定された角度αだけ、前記入口開口部(30)から前記出口開口部(31)へのトンネル高さの連続的な低減による前記冷却通路又はトンネルの断面の変化を備えていることを特徴とする急冷システム。 - あらかじめ規定された前記角度αが、冷却されるべき前記管板(28)のあらかじめ規定された範囲にわたる冷却媒体の流れの速度のあらかじめ規定された上昇に依存するとともに、90°以上〜110°の範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の急冷システム。
- 前記冷却通路(27)が、前記カバープレート(34)において水平方向において互いに間隔を有する複数の開口部(18)を備えていること、該開口部(18)が、それぞれ突き出た前記集束配管(29)のためのそれぞれ複数のリング隙間(19)を形成しつつ設計されていること、及びそれぞれの前記リング隙間(19)が、前記集束配管(29)と前記開口部(18)の間の範囲の集中的な冷却の目的で冷却媒体の貫流を実現することを特徴とする請求項1記載の急冷システム。
- トンネルの配列での前記冷却通路(27)が、前記リングフランジ(35)における複数の孔(42)を介して検査用ノズル又は洗浄用ノズル(37)と連通し、該検査用ノズル又は洗浄用ノズルが、前記ジャケット(32)に結合された前記リングフランジ(35)の外側の表面側においてそれぞれ対向して、及び前記冷却通路(27)と整列して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の急冷システム。
- 前記冷却通路(27)に割り当てられ、かつ、それぞれ対向し、前記冷却通路と整列して前記リングフランジ(35)に設けられた検査用ノズル又は洗浄用ノズル(37)が複数のキャップ(38)を備えていること、及びそれぞれ対向する検査用ノズル又は洗浄用ノズル(37)の複数の前記キャップ又はいくつかの前記キャップ(38)が水側のメンテナンス又は前記集束配管(29)の検査のための開口部としてトンネルの配列での前記冷却通路(27)の範囲に取外し可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の急冷システム。
- それぞれ対向及び整列して配設された前記検査用ノズル又は洗浄用ノズル(37)の複数の前記キャップ又はいくつかの前記キャップ(38)が存在する沈殿物の洗浄のための開口部としてトンネルの配列での前記冷却通路(27)の範囲に取外し可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の急冷システム。
- 前記冷却通路(27)に割り当てられ、かつ、それぞれ対向し、整列して前記リングフランジ(35)に設けられた前記検査用ノズル又は洗浄用ノズル(37)が、前記リングフランジ(35)における複数の前記孔(42)と、前記リングフランジ(35)における前記孔(42)の延長部として溶接された排出配管(41)とを介して、トンネルの配列での前記冷却通路(27)の高さの一方側に設けられたブローダウン捕集器(39)に連通していることを特徴とする請求項4記載の急冷システム。
- 前記冷却通路(27)に割り当てられた前記検査用ノズル又は洗浄用ノズル(37)が、前記排出管路(41)に対向する、前記ブローダウン捕集器(39)の外側に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の急冷システム。
- 前記検査用ノズル又は洗浄用ノズル(37)が、前記ブローダウン捕集器(39)の配置と対向する側の前記リングフランジにおける前記孔(42)の延長部として直接前記リングフランジ(35)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の急冷システム。
- キャップ(38)が取り外された場合に、前記検査用ノズル又は洗浄用ノズル(37)を介して前記管板(28)に配設された前記各冷却通路(27)への貫通したアクセスが達成可能であること、前記各冷却通路(27)が、媒体としての水を両側から又は一方側から前記検査用ノズル又は洗浄用ノズル(37)へ高圧下で導入することよって洗浄可能に配設されていること、及び前記各冷却通路(27)が、ブローダウン水の排出のために、排出側で、割り当てられた前記排出配管(41)を介して、設けられている前記ブローダウン捕集器(39)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の急冷システム。
