Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于斯特林热电转换装置的双盘管冷却器,所述的双盘管冷却器包含外层螺旋盘管、内层螺旋盘管、蜂窝状流道、内壁面和外壁面,该冷却器为圆环形状。外层螺旋盘管、内层螺旋盘管、蜂窝状流道均设置在内壁面与外壁面之间的空间内,双盘管冷却器为3D打印的整体式结构件,本发明的热流体从双盘管冷却器的上端面和下端面穿过流动,冷却介质从入口处流入外层螺旋盘管和内层螺旋盘管,螺旋盘管壁与周围热流体进行热交换,最后从内层螺旋盘管的出口处流出,进入冷却循环系统;热流体从双盘管的中间的空间穿过,热流体左右两边均为螺旋盘管壁冷却的蜂窝状空间,增大了热交换面积,本发明的装置重量轻、冷却效率高。

技术领域
本发明属于热电转换发动机领域,具体涉及一种用于斯特林热电转换装置的双盘管冷却器。
背景技术
在斯特林热电转换装置中,冷却器是发动机的一个关键部件,用于冷却工作介质使回热器两端形成足够高的温度差;常规翅片-盘管冷却器一般为圆环形状,有的结构是外层为翅片,内层为冷却盘管,有的结构是内层为翅片,外层为冷却盘管,这种单边翅片-盘管结构,始终有一个侧面会直接与发动机热端高温壁面接触,工作介质在进入回热器之前就被高温壁面加热,减小了回热器两端的温度差,影响了发动机的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于斯特林热电转换装置的双盘管冷却器。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明的用于斯特林热电转换装置的双盘管冷却器,其特点是,所述的双盘管冷却器为圆环柱状结构,包含外管壁、外螺旋盘管、蜂窝状流道、内螺旋盘管和内管壁。所述的双盘管冷却器中的内螺旋盘管、外螺旋盘管内部中空,作为冷却介质的流道。蜂窝状流道由数个框架条构成空间框架结构,双盘管冷却器的上端面与下端面为多孔状。所述的双盘管冷却器的外层为外管壁,外管壁内表面与外螺旋盘管固定连接。内螺旋盘管位于外螺旋盘管内,内螺旋盘管与外螺旋盘管同轴设置。所述的内螺旋盘管与内管壁外表面固定连接。在外管壁、外螺旋盘管、内螺旋盘管和内管壁所构成的环状内部空间中填满蜂窝状流道,蜂窝状流道分别与外管壁、外螺旋盘管、内螺旋盘管和内管壁固定连接。双盘管冷却器的下端面设置有冷却介质流道的入口和出口,入口与出口之间呈一角度。外螺旋盘管的下端口与冷却介质流道的入口相连通,外螺旋盘管上端与内螺旋盘管上端通过U形弯管相连通,内螺旋盘管的下端与冷却介质流道出口相连通。
所述的入口5与出口4之间的角度范围为30度~300度。
本发明中,工作介质为高温的热流体,热流体从双盘管冷却器的上端面和下端面穿过流动,冷却介质从入口处流入外层螺旋盘管和内层螺旋盘管,螺旋盘管壁与周围热流体进行热交换,最后从内层螺旋盘管的出口处流出,进入冷却循环系统;热流体从双盘管的中间的空间穿过,热流体左右两边均为螺旋盘管壁冷却的蜂窝状空间,增大了热交换面积,本发明装置的重量轻、冷却效率高。

实施例1
图1为本发明的用于斯特林热电转换装置的双盘管冷却器的结构示意图,图2为本发明侧面局部剖视图,图3为本发明中的局部放大图,图4为本发明的仰视图,图5本发明的顶面局部剖视图。
在图1~图5中,本发明的用于斯特林热电转换装置的双盘管冷却器为圆环柱状结构,包含外管壁3、外螺旋盘管1、蜂窝状流道2、内螺旋盘管6和内管壁7;所述的双盘管冷却器中的内螺旋盘管6、外螺旋盘管1内部中空;蜂窝状流道2由数个框架条11构成空间框架结构,双盘管冷却器的上端面8与下端面9为多孔状;所述的双盘管冷却器的外层为外管壁3,外管壁3内表面与外螺旋盘管1固定连接;内螺旋盘管6位于外螺旋盘管1内,内螺旋盘管6与外螺旋盘管1同轴设置;所述的内螺旋盘管6与内管壁7外表面固定连接;在外管壁3、外螺旋盘管1、内螺旋盘管6和内管壁7所构成的环状内部空间中填满蜂窝状流道2,蜂窝状流道2分别与外管壁3、外螺旋盘管1、内螺旋盘管6和内管壁7固定连接;双盘管冷却器的下端面9设置有冷却介质流道的入口5和出口4,入口5与出口4之间呈一角度;外螺旋盘管1的下端口与冷却介质流道的入口5相连通,外螺旋盘管1上端与内螺旋盘管6上端通过U形弯管10相连通,内螺旋盘管6的下端与冷却介质流道出口4相连通。
所述的入口5与出口4之间的角度范围为30度~300度。
本实施例中,双盘管冷却器的内螺旋盘管6的下端流道出口4垂直连通到冷却器下端面9,该流道出口4位置与入口5位置呈90度设置。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的结构相同,不同之处是,入口5与出口4之间的角度为180度。
本发明不局限于上述具体实施方式,所属技术领域的技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种用于斯特林热电转换装置的双盘管冷却器,其特征在于:所述的双盘管冷却器为圆环柱状结构,包含外管壁(3)、外螺旋盘管(1)、蜂窝状流道(2)、内螺旋盘管(6)和内管壁(7);所述的双盘管冷却器中的内螺旋盘管(6)、外螺旋盘管(1)内部中空;蜂窝状流道(2)由数个框架条(11)构成空间框架结构,双盘管冷却器的上端面(8)与下端面(9)为多孔状;所述的双盘管冷却器的外层为外管壁3,外管壁(3)内表面与外螺旋盘管(1)固定连接;内螺旋盘管(6)位于外螺旋盘管(1)内,内螺旋盘管(6)与外螺旋盘管(1)同轴设置;所述的内螺旋盘管(6)与内管壁(7)外表面固定连接;在外管壁(3)、外螺旋盘管(1)、内螺旋盘管(6)和内管壁(7)所构成的环状内部空间中填满蜂窝状流道(2),蜂窝状流道(2)分别与外管壁(3)、外螺旋盘管(1)、内螺旋盘管(6)和内管壁(7)固定连接;双盘管冷却器的下端面(9)设置有冷却介质流道的入口(5)和出口(4),入口(5)与出口(4)之间呈一角度;外螺旋盘管(1)的下端口与冷却介质流道的入口(5)相连通,外螺旋盘管(1)上端与内螺旋盘管(6)上端通过U形弯管(10)相连通,内螺旋盘管(6)的下端与冷却介质流道出口(4)相连通,双盘管冷却器的内螺旋盘管(6)的下端流道出口(4)垂直连通到冷却器下端面(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于斯特林热电转换装置的双盘管冷却器,其特征在于:所述的入口(5)与出口(4)之间的角度范围为30度~300度。
