Claims (8)
- 凝集剤が添加されて凝集された蛋白質を含有する有機性汚泥を濃縮する濃縮手段が備えられた有機性汚泥の処理設備であって、
上記濃縮手段には、濃縮温水供給手段から50℃よりも高温で100℃未満の温度の範囲の濃縮温水が供給されて上記有機性汚泥と混合され、
上記濃縮手段は、胴部が濃縮濾過スクリーンとされて内部に上記有機性汚泥が供給されるとともに、上記濃縮濾過スクリーンの外周は濾液室とされた縦方向に延びる中心軸を有する濃縮槽と、
この濃縮槽の上記中心軸に沿った回転軸にスクリューが取り付けられて、回転駆動手段によって上記回転軸およびスクリューが回転することにより上記有機性汚泥を搬送する搬送手段とを備えた縦型濾過濃縮機であり、
上記搬送手段の上記回転軸は中空の円筒状とされるとともに、この回転軸の円筒壁部には複数の貫通孔が形成されていて、上記濃縮温水は、上記回転軸内の中空部に供給されて上記貫通孔から噴出させられることにより、上記有機性汚泥に供給されて混合されることを特徴とする有機性汚泥の処理設備。 - 凝集剤が添加されて凝集された蛋白質を含有する有機性汚泥を濃縮する濃縮手段が備えられた有機性汚泥の処理設備であって、
上記濃縮手段には、濃縮温水供給手段から50℃よりも高温で100℃未満の温度の範囲の濃縮温水が供給されて上記有機性汚泥と混合され、
上記濃縮手段は、胴部が濃縮濾過スクリーンとされて内部に上記有機性汚泥が供給されるとともに、上記濃縮濾過スクリーンの外周は濾液室とされた横方向に延びる中心軸を有するケーシングと、
このケーシングの上記中心軸に沿った回転軸にスクリューが取り付けられて、回転駆動手段によって上記回転軸およびスクリューが回転することにより上記有機性汚泥を搬送する搬送手段とを備えたスクリュー型濃縮機であり、
上記濃縮温水供給手段から上記濃縮温水が供給されて上記有機性汚泥と混合されることを特徴とする有機性汚泥の処理設備。 - 凝集剤が添加されて凝集された蛋白質を含有する有機性汚泥を濃縮する濃縮手段が備えられた有機性汚泥の処理設備であって、
上記濃縮手段には、濃縮温水供給手段から50℃よりも高温で100℃未満の温度の範囲の濃縮温水が供給されて上記有機性汚泥と混合され、
上記濃縮手段は、複数のロールに巻回されて走行可能とされた無端状の濃縮濾過濾布を備えて、この濃縮濾過濾布が水平方向に走行する濃縮濾過部における上記濃縮濾過濾布の走行方向とは反対側の汚泥供給部に供給された上記有機性汚泥を上記濃縮濾過濾布によって濾過して濃縮するベルト型濃縮機であり、
上記濃縮濾過部における上記汚泥供給部よりも上記濃縮濾過濾布の走行方向側に、上記濃縮温水供給手段から上記濃縮温水が供給されて上記有機性汚泥と混合されることを特徴とする有機性汚泥の処理設備。 - 上記濃縮温水の温度が60℃以上90℃以下の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載の有機性汚泥の処理設備。
- 上記濃縮手段によって上記有機性汚泥が汚泥濃度5wt%以上に濃縮されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載の有機性汚泥の処理設備。
- 請求項1から請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載の有機性汚泥の処理設備を用いて、凝集剤が添加されて凝集された蛋白質を含有する有機性汚泥を濃縮手段によって濃縮する有機性汚泥の処理方法であって、
上記濃縮手段に、濃縮温水供給手段から50℃よりも高温で100℃未満の温度の濃縮温水を供給して上記有機性汚泥と混合することを特徴とする有機性汚泥の処理方法。 - 上記濃縮温水の温度が60℃以上90℃以下の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機性汚泥の処理方法。
- 上記濃縮手段によって上記有機性汚泥を汚泥濃度5wt%以上に濃縮することを特徴とする請求項6または請求項7に記載の有機性汚泥の処理方法。
