Claims (2)
- 上側の流入室と、下側の流出室と、流入室と流出室との間の弁座とを有する弁筐と、流入室の上端面を閉塞するダイヤフラムと、ダイヤフラムに連結された、弁座の流出室側の面に対向する弁体と、弁体に下方への押圧力を付与すると共にこの押圧力を可変するソレノイドとを備える比例弁であって、
弁体に設けた上側のバネ受け座と流出室に設けた下側のバネ受け座との間に、弁体を上方に付勢するコイルバネを介設するものにおいて、
各バネ受け座に、コイルバネに内挿される突起部が設けられ、この突起部は、コイルバネの両端の各座巻部の内周面に近接対向してコイルバネを芯決めする芯決め部を有し、各バネ受け座に設けられた突起部の芯決め部の軸長は、各座巻部の軸長以下であることを特徴とする比例弁。 - 請求項1記載の比例弁であって、前記弁筐は、前記流入室及び前記弁座が形成された上部筐体と、前記流出室が形成された下部筐体とを結合することで構成されるものにおいて、前記上側と下側の両バネ受け座の少なくとも一方のバネ受け座に設けられた前記突起部の芯決め部は、前記座巻部に所定量の遊びを持って内挿されるように形成されることを特徴とする比例弁。
