Claims (5)
- 光源と、
前記光源からの出射光を導光して所定の方向に照射する導光体とを備え、
前記導光体は、互いに略平行に並設され照射方向前方に延びる複数の板状の導光部と、前記導光体の背方側に配され、前記複数の導光部を接続する基台部とを有し、
前記複数の導光部のそれぞれは、
板状の下面および上面と、前記導光部の前方側に配され、前記下面と前記上面との間に延在する先端面を有し、
前記上面は、粗面とした表面上に塗装膜もしくは金属膜を設けた光拡散反射面とされ、
前記下面および前記先端面は、光透過面とされ、
前記光源から出射された光は、前記基台部から前記導光体に入射し、導光部内を導光され、
前記導光部内を導光される光の一部は、導光部内を直進して前記先端面から出射されると共に、
前記導光部内を導光される光の他の一部は、前記導光部の前記上面で前記下面に向けて反射した後、前記下面を透過し、更に、該導光部の下面側に隣り合う他の導光部の上面で反射され、前方に向けて照射される
ことを特徴とする車両用灯具。 - 前記複数の導光部において、一の導光部の下面と、前記下面側に隣り合う他の導光部の上面とは、前方に向かうに従い離れることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記導光体の背方側に、前記光源からの出射光を前記導光体に向けて反射するリフレクタを備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記導光体の背面に対向するよう配される光拡散部材を備え、前記光拡散部材を透過した拡散光が前記導光体に入射することを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
- 前記光源は、半導体発光素子又は前記半導体発光素子からの光が導光された導光棒であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれかに記載の車両用灯具。
