Description
(圧縮応力公差)/(圧縮応力の中心値)×100 (1)
圧縮応力公差:両端を除き、巻回体の軸方向における一方の端部から他方の端部まで20mm毎に、圧縮治具を巻回体表面から中心方向に10mm押し込んだ際の応力を測定し、得られた全ての応力の最大値と最小値の差をいう。
圧縮応力の中心値:両端を除き、巻回体の軸方向における一方の端部から他方の端部まで20mm毎に、圧縮治具を巻回体表面から中心方向に10mm押し込んだ際の応力を測定し、得られた全ての応力を小さい順に並べたときの中央に位置する値をいう。

本発明の巻回体は、樹脂発泡シートが巻回された形態を有する。上記樹脂発泡シートは、特に限定されないが、下記式(2)より求められる値が40%以下であることが好ましく、より好ましくは25%以下、さらに好ましく15%以下、特に好ましくは10%以下である。

上記樹脂発泡シート(上記他の層が積層されている場合は他の層との積層体)をロール状に巻回することにより、本発明の巻回体が得られる。
この長尺発泡体原反を所定の幅に切断し(スリット加工)、連続スライス装置(スライスライン)を用いて、1面ずつ表面の低発泡層を剥がしとり、樹脂発泡体A(厚み0.30mm、幅550mm)を得た。
上記樹脂発泡体Aを、誘導発熱ロールの温度を200℃、ギャップを0.20mmにセットした上記連続処理装置内を通過させることにより、片面を熱で溶融処理して、スリット加工し、その後巻き取って、巻回体を得た。なお、引き取り速度は、20m/minとした。
次に、上記巻回体を巻き戻して、誘導発熱ロールの温度を200℃、ギャップを0.10mmにセットした上記連続処理装置内を通過させることにより、溶融処理がされていない面(未処理面)を熱で溶融処理して、スリット加工し、その後巻き取って、両面が熱溶融処理された樹脂発泡シートを得た。なお、引き取り速度は、20m/minとした。
これを外径87mmの巻き芯(芯材)に、巻き付け張力が5N/200mmとなる様、100m巻回し、巻回体を得た。得られた巻回体の、巻き芯の外周の表面から巻回体の表面までの最短距離は35mmであった。
上記樹脂発泡体Aを、誘導発熱ロールの温度を160℃、ギャップを0.20mmにセットした上記連続処理装置内を通過させることにより、片面を熱で溶融処理して、スリット加工し、その後巻き取って、巻回体を得た。なお、引き取り速度は、20m/minとした。
次に、上記巻回体を巻き戻して、誘導発熱ロールの温度を160℃、ギャップを0.10mmにセットした上記連続処理装置内を通過させることにより、溶融処理がされていない面(未処理面)を熱で溶融処理して、スリット加工し、その後巻き取って、両面が熱溶融処理された樹脂発泡体シートを得た。なお、引き取り速度は、20m/minとした。
これを外径87mmの巻き芯(芯材)に、巻き付け張力が5N/200mmとなる様、100m巻回し、巻回体を得た。得られた巻回体の、巻き芯の外周の表面から巻回体の表面までの最短距離は34mmであった。
実施例及び比較例で得られた巻回体について、下記の測定及び評価を行った。
巻回体表面の周方向の1点(N1列)で一方の端部から他方の端部まで、一方の端部から幅方向20mmの箇所を測定位置1とし、測定位置1から幅方向に20mm毎に、他方の端部から20mmの範囲内になる前まで(9箇所)、10mm押し込んだ際の圧縮応力を測定した。そして、得られた全ての測定値から、最大値、最小値、圧縮応力公差、圧縮応力の中心値、及び圧縮応力公差/圧縮応力の中心値を求めた。結果を表1に示す。表1中、圧縮応力の単位はNである。
なお、圧縮応力の測定の条件は、下記の通りである。
測定装置:商品名「万能テンシロン RTG−1210」、(株)エイ・アンド・デイ製
圧縮治具:直径(φ)20mmの円柱
圧縮速度:20mm/min
巻回体の周方向の1点(N1列)で一方の端部から他方の端部まで、一方の端部から幅方向20mmの箇所を測定位置1とし、測定位置1から幅方向に20mm毎に、他方の端部から20mmの範囲内になる前まで(9箇所)厚みを測定した。さらに、上記周方向の1点から周方向に1m移動した点(N2列)で一方の端部から他方の端部まで、上記と同様に幅方向20mm毎に厚みを測定した。そして、得られた全ての測定値から、最大値、最小値、厚み公差、厚みの中心値、及び厚み公差/厚みの中心値を求めた。結果を表2に示す。表2中、厚みの単位はμmである。
なお、厚みの測定には、測定端子の直径(φ)20mmである1/100ダイヤルゲージを用いた。
巻回体を幅が50mmとなるように切断した際の、巻きズレ及びシワの発生の有無を目視で観察した。なお、切断幅(50mm)に対して30%以上である15mm以上幅方向にズレがある場合を、巻きズレが発生したものと判断した(図3参照)。実施例1で得られた巻回体は、切断後に巻きズレの変形及びシワが確認されなかった。一方、比較例1で得られた巻回体は、切断後に竹の子状の巻きズレが確認された。

- 芯材と、前記芯材に巻回された樹脂発泡シートとを有し、前記芯材の外周の表面から巻回体の表面までの最短距離が11mm以上であり、
前記樹脂発泡シートがポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡シートであり、
下記式(1)より求められる値が150%以下であり、
下記式(2)より求められる値が40%以下であることを特徴とする、樹脂発泡シートの巻回体。

厚みの中心値:前記樹脂発泡シートの長さ方向の1点で、両端を除き、幅方向における一方の端部から他方の端部まで幅方向20mm毎に厚みを測定し、さらに前記長さ方向の1点から長さ方向に1m移動した点で一方の端部から他方の端部まで幅方向20mm毎に厚みを測定し、得られた全ての測定値を小さい順に並べたとき中央に位置する値をいう。 - 前記樹脂発泡シートの厚みが0.05〜0.50mmであり、幅方向の長さが200mm以上である、請求項1に記載の樹脂発泡シートの巻回体。

- 前記圧縮応力の中心値は、0.5〜25N/cm 2 以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂発泡シートの巻回体。
- 芯材と、前記芯材に巻回された前記樹脂発泡シートのみからなる請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂発泡シートの巻回体。
