Description
前記ターボシャフトエンジンは、前車軸の上の自動車フレームに装着され、その出力軸の軸線が自動車車体の対称平面に位置し、
前記発電機の回転子は、ターボシャフトエンジンの出力軸に連結され、
前記バッテリーパックは、前後車軸の間の自動車フレーム上に装着され、
前記駆動モーターは、前後車輪を駆動回転させ、
前記貯蔵タンクは、後車軸の前であり且つ後車軸に近い自動車フレーム上に装着され、ターボシャフトエンジンが使用する液化天然ガス、圧縮天然ガス又は燃料油を貯蔵するためであり、
前記分離型熱交換器は、ターボシャフトエンジンの下方に位置し、ターボシャフトエンジンから排出される排気ガスを用いてターボシャフトエンジンの吸気に対して予熱を行うことを特徴とするエンジン前置き航続距離延長型電気乗用車である。
2.進行充電モードであって、駆動モーター6が標準電力で働き、発電機4によりバッテリーパック3に電力を供給し、駆動モーター6が超高電力で働く時、発電機4及びバッテリーパック3が同時に駆動モーター6に電力を供給することにより、瞬間的に極めて高い車両性能を発揮させる。
3.バッテリーが切れたのに、高性能走行(高速道路の道路状況)を要求する状況において、発電機4の30〜60kwの高出力駆動モーターは、150〜200km/hの走行速度を提供し、バッテリーパック3に充電せず、走行状況におけるエネルギー消耗が減少された後、車両は、自動的に作業モード2に移行され、車両が停止された後、自動的に作業モード1に移行される。
Claims (8)
- ターボシャフトエンジン(2)と、バッテリーパック(3)と、発電機(4)と、駆動モーター(6)と、貯蔵タンク(9)と、分離型熱交換器(12)とを含むエンジン前置き航続距離延長型電気乗用車であって、
前記ターボシャフトエンジン(2)は、前車軸の上の自動車フレームに装着され、その出力軸の軸線が自動車車体の対称平面に位置し、
前記発電機(4)の回転子は、ターボシャフトエンジン(2)の出力軸に連結され、
前記バッテリーパック(3)は、前後車軸の間の自動車フレーム上に装着され、
前記駆動モーター(6)は、前後車輪を駆動回転させ、
前記貯蔵タンク(9)は、後車軸の前であり且つ後車軸に近い自動車フレーム上に装着され、ターボシャフトエンジン(2)に使用される液化天然ガス、圧縮天然ガス又は燃料油を貯蔵するために用いられ、
前記分離型熱交換器(12)は、ターボシャフトエンジン(2)の下方に位置し、ターボシャフトエンジン(2)から排出される排気ガスを用いてターボシャフトエンジン(2)の吸気に対して予熱を行い、
吸気箱(10)と、エンジン排気管(14)とを更に含み、前記ターボシャフトエンジン(2)の空気吸入口は、車両前部に向かっており、前記吸気箱(10)とターボシャフトエンジン(2)の空気吸入口とは連通され、吸気箱(10)は、車両前部の吸気グリルの後に位置し、エンジン排気管(14)は、対称の2本であり、エンジン排気管(14)の出口は、フロントフェンダー上に具備されるグリルと正対向することを特徴とするエンジン前置き航続距離延長型電気乗用車。 - 車両制御ユニット(5)と、バッテリー制御器(8)と、燃料ガス制御器(7)とを更に含み、前記車両制御ユニット(5)及びバッテリー制御器(8)は、それぞれターボシャフトエンジン(2)の両側に位置し、前記燃料ガス制御器(7)は、前記貯蔵タンク(9)の前方に位置し、且つ前記車両制御ユニット(5)に電気的に接続され、燃料ガス制御器(7)は、ターボシャフトエンジン(2)の燃焼室への燃料の追加を制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン前置き航続距離延長型電気乗用車。
- 前記車両制御ユニット(5)は、コンバーターと、インバーターとを含み、前記発電機(4)は、三相高速永久磁石モーターであり、当該三相高速永久磁石モーターの三相出力端子は、前記コンバーターの三相端子に接続され、コンバーターの直流端子は、それぞれ前記バッテリー制御器(8)及び前記インバーターの直流入力端子に接続され、インバーターの三相出力端子は、前記駆動モーター(6)の三相端子に接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジン前置き航続距離延長型電気乗用車。
- 前記車両制御ユニット(5)は、インバーターを含み、前記発電機(4)は、三相交流発電機及びコンバーターの組み合わせにより構成され、当該発電機の出力端子は、それぞれ前記バッテリー制御器(8)及び前記インバーターの直流入力端子に接続され、インバーターの三相出力端子は、前記駆動モーター(6)の三相端子に接続されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエンジン前置き航続距離延長型電気乗用車。
- 前記駆動モーター(6)を、四つ有し、それぞれ自動車の四輪を駆動回転させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン前置き航続距離延長型電気乗用車。
- 前記四つの駆動モーター(6)のうち二つは、それぞれ前左右輪内のホイールモーター(11)に位置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のエンジン前置き航続距離延長型電気乗用車。
- 前記貯蔵タンク(9)内の燃料は、圧縮天然ガスであり、ターボシャフトエンジン(2)の圧縮天然ガス吸気口の前に凍結防止リリーフバルブを有し、当該凍結防止リリーフバルブは、バッテリー冷却装置(13)のウォーターバスを使って循環加熱され、バッテリー冷却装置(13)の熱源は、バッテリーパック(3)の散熱及びエンジン排気管(14)の余熱であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のエンジン前置き航続距離延長型電気乗用車。
- 前記貯蔵タンク(9)内の燃料は、液化天然ガスであり、ターボシャフトエンジン(2)の天然ガス吸気口の前に過給装置を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のエンジン前置き航続距離延長型電気乗用車。
