Description
Claims (7)
- 鋼部材の評価部位におけるラーベス相粒径を得る粒径取得工程と、
前記評価部位における鋼部材の硬さを測定する硬さ測定工程と、
前記ラーベス相粒径と、前記硬さから、シャルピー衝撃値を算出する算出工程と
を含む、鋼部材の脆化評価方法。 - 前記算出工程が、予め得られた前記鋼部材のシャルピー衝撃値と、ビッカース硬さ及びラーベス相粒径と相関関係に基づき、シャルピー衝撃値と、Hv・a1/2(Hvは評価部位のビッカース硬さ、aはラーベス相粒径を表す)との脆化カーブからシャルピー衝撃値を算出する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記粒径取得工程が、前記鋼部材の評価部位におけるレプリカサンプルを採取するサンプル採取工程と、前記レプリカサンプルのラーベス相粒径を測定する粒径測定工程とを含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記サンプル採取工程が、セルロースフィルムによるレプリカ膜を用いて行われる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記粒径測定工程が、前記レプリカサンプルの反射電子像に基づいて、前記ラーベス相粒径を測定する工程である、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
- 前記鋼部材が、9Cr鋼〜13Cr鋼である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記鋼部材が、タービンの構成部材である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
