Description
Claims (10)
- 自動車のクラッチアッセンブリであって、
当接面を含む半径方向延在区分と、
第1のクラッチプレートとセパレータプレートとを含むクラッチパックと、
前記クラッチパックに係合するための軸方向可動なピストンと、
前記セパレータプレートを前記半径方向延在区分に接続する弾性的なコネクタであって、前記当接面から離れるように前記セパレータプレートに予荷重をかける弾性的なコネクタと、
前記セパレータプレートに接触して、前記当接面から離れる前記セパレータプレートの軸方向の動きを制限するように配置されたストッパと、
を備え、前記ストッパは、前記弾性的なコネクタによって前記セパレータプレートを前記ストッパに対して押し付け可能であるように、前記当接面から離れて軸方向に間隔を空けて位置しており、第1のクラッチプレートが前記当接面から離れるように動くことができる隙間を提供している、自動車のクラッチアッセンブリ。 - 前記ストッパは、ストッパプレートの半径方向外側部分によって形成されており、前記ストッパプレートは、該ストッパプレートを軸方向で貫通して延びる複数の穴を有しており、前記ストッパプレートのトランスミッション側の面から前記穴を通って半径方向外側に向かって前記第1のクラッチプレートへと流体を流すことができる、請求項1記載の自動車のクラッチアッセンブリ。
- 前記半径方向延在区分はフロントカバーの部分であり、前記当接面は、前記フロントカバーの前記半径方向延在区分の内面によって形成されており、前記ストッパプレートは、前記フロントカバーの前記半径方向延在区分に固定されている、請求項2記載の自動車のクラッチアッセンブリ。
- 前記フロントカバーに固定されたハブ区分をさらに備え、前記ピストンは、前記ハブ区分に沿ってシールされながら軸方向に摺動可能であり、前記ハブ区分と前記ストッパプレートとは、同じ溶接部によって前記フロントカバーに固定されている、請求項3記載の自動車のクラッチアッセンブリ。
- 前記溶接部は、前記フロントカバーの前記半径方向延在区分の内周面に設けられている、請求項4記載の自動車のクラッチアッセンブリ。
- 前記クラッチパックは、第2のクラッチプレートをさらに有し、前記セパレータプレートは、軸方向で、前記第1のクラッチプレートと前記第2のクラッチプレートとの間に位置している、請求項1記載の自動車のクラッチアッセンブリ。
- 前記セパレータプレートは、前記第1のクラッチプレートの半径方向内側部分と、前記第2のクラッチプレートの半径方向内側部分とに係合するための半径方向外側部分を有している、請求項6記載の自動車のクラッチアッセンブリ。
- 自動車のクラッチアッセンブリを形成する方法であって、
第1のクラッチプレートとセパレータプレートとを含むクラッチパックを設けるステップと、
前記クラッチパックに係合するための軸方向可動なピストンを設けるステップと、
前記セパレータプレートを半径方向延在区分に複数の弾性的なコネクタによって弾性的に接続するステップであって、前記弾性的なコネクタは、前記半径方向延在区分の当接面から離れるように前記セパレータプレートに予荷重をかける、ステップと、
前記セパレータプレートに接触して、前記当接面から離れる前記セパレータプレートの軸方向の動きを制限するように配置されたストッパを設けるステップと、
を含み、前記ストッパは、前記弾性的なコネクタによって前記セパレータプレートを前記ストッパに対して押し付け可能であるように、前記当接面から離れて軸方向に間隔を空けて位置しており、第1のクラッチプレートが前記当接面から離れるように動くことができる隙間を提供している、自動車のクラッチアッセンブリを形成する方法。 - 前記ストッパは、ストッパプレートの半径方向外側部分によって形成されており、前記ストッパプレートは、該ストッパプレートを軸方向で貫通して延びる複数の穴を有しており、前記ストッパプレートのトランスミッション側の面から前記穴を通って半径方向外側に向かって前記第1のクラッチプレートへと流体を流すことができる、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記当接面を、フロントカバーの半径方向延在区分の内面によって形成し、当該方法は、前記ストッパプレートとハブ区分とを、前記フロントカバーの前記半径方向延在区分に、同じ溶接部によって固定するステップを含み、前記ピストンは、前記ハブ区分に沿ってシールされながら軸方向で摺動可能である、請求項9記載の方法。
