Description
まず、位置Pの船底からの高さHdntを変化させて、波浪中全抵抗係数CT,WVのシミュレーションを行った。図3は、横軸をHdnt/dmax、縦軸を波浪中全抵抗係数CT,WVとするグラフである。dmaxとは、船底から満載喫水線までのZ方向の高さを示している。波浪中全抵抗係数CT,WVは、波浪中を航行する際に船体に作用する抵抗の合計を示し、従来船首形状の全抵抗値で正規化した値を示している。図3に示すように、従来船首形状Oの船首部材に対して、本実施形態の船首形状1は、Hdnt/dmaxが0.8以上1.5以下の範囲において、従来船首形状Oの船首部材よりも波浪中全抵抗係数CT,WVが下回っている。すなわち、0.8dmax≦Hdnt≦1.5dmaxの範囲において窪み部1aを形成することにより、従来船首形状よりも波浪中での全抵抗を低減させることができる。

Claims (2)
- 全長L≧180m 、船体肥大度C≧0.75、船首水線面積係数C≧0.85により定義される低速航行の船に適用され、
船幅方向かつ先広がり状に傾斜し、また船底に対して略垂直な一対の傾斜面を有する窪み部を満載喫水線上に備え、
前記窪み部は、
船体中心線上に深さが最も深くなる最深点を有し、
前記最深点の船底からの高さH dnt が前記満載喫水線の高さd max に対して0.8d max ≦H dnt ≦1.5d max の範囲であり、
前記傾斜面の船側側の端部から前記船体中心線までの幅B dnt が最大幅Bに対して0.1B≦B dnt ≦0.225Bの範囲である
ことを特徴とする船首形状。 - 前記窪み部の船体長さ方向における前記最深点の深さL dnt は、全長Lに対して0.005L≦L dnt ≦0.045Lの範囲で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の船首形状。
