Description
以下、本発明の実施の形態を添付図面にしたがって説明する。
図1は、本実施の形態に係るケーブルを用いた車両の構成を示すブロック図である。
図2は、本実施の形態に係るケーブル1の横断面図である。
図3は、本実施の形態に係るハーネスの概略構成図である。
以上説明したように、本実施の形態に係るケーブル1では、テープ部材3は、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、アラミド繊維、ナイロン、アクリル繊維、またはガラス繊維からなる不織布で構成され、その不織布の通気性が30cc/cm2/sec以上である。
上記実施の形態では、電線2が多芯電線8を有している場合を説明したが、図4および図5に示すように、多芯電線8を有さないものであってもよい。図4では電線2を3本用いる場合、図5では電線2を2本用いる場合を示しているが、電線2の本数は4本以上であってもよい。また、電線2は電源線である必要はなく、信号線であってもよい。
次に、以上説明した実施の形態から把握される技術思想について、実施の形態における符号等を援用して記載する。ただし、以下の記載における各符号等は、特許請求の範囲における構成要素を実施の形態に具体的に示した部材等に限定するものではない。

Claims (9)
- 複数の電線と、
前記複数の電線の周囲に設けられており、前記複数の電線との間に空間を形成する層状の介在層と、
前記介在層の外周に被覆されているウレタン系樹脂からなる外皮と、
を備え、
前記介在層は、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、アラミド繊維、ナイロン、アクリル繊維、またはガラス繊維からなり厚さが0.03mm以上0.10mm以下であり通気性が30cc/cm 2 /sec以上である1枚の不織布テープ部材がその幅方向の一部が重なり合うとともにその幅方向の一部が重なり合わないで前記複数の電線の周囲に螺旋状に巻きつけられて構成されている

請求項1に記載のケーブル。 - 前記不織布テープ部材と前記外皮は、最外層に配置され周方向に隣り合う2本の前記電線の外周を通る共通の接線よりも内方に突出し、前記隣り合う電線の間の谷間部分に入り込むように形成されており、ケーブル長手方向に沿って螺旋状に形成されている内方突出部を有する、
請求項2に記載のケーブル。 - 前記複数の電線の撚り方向と、前記不織布テープ部材の巻き付け方向とが同じ方向である、
請求項2または3に記載のケーブル。 - 前記複数の電線の撚りピッチと、前記不織布テープ部材の巻きピッチとが等しい、
請求項4に記載のケーブル。 - 前記複数の電線は、車両の車輪に搭載された電動パーキングブレーキ用の電気モータに駆動電流を供給するための電源線を含む、
請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のケーブル。 - 前記複数の電線は、複数の絶縁電線が内部シースにより一括して被覆された多芯電線を含む、
